- Sluggo: Back to bases or basics as the case may be. Almost all of my portfolio wants to take off (I know we all say that) but it is being hindered. They are mostly being pushed back into bases. This is a good thing if you are heavily in cash at the moment. The point is, when the market turns, you have to already know what you want to buy and then pounce. The first and last is because the wealthy won't let a pullback deter them from decorating their homes or skiing and the last because, come hell or high water, used car sales are advancing way more than used.

I was looking through my charts and noticed this one in $TC 2000 that had a recent comment This company is known to me and is in the industry sector that does infrastructure. I like that industry because the infrastructure is the basic need for developing nations and for our sustainability and where the money will flow to with any stimulus and foreign aid funding. I haven't checked the fundamentals but I scanned a few of the other sector names I am familiar with. They all look good and ready to go. $KBR, $TTEK and $JEC are in the list. The subsector is called Technical Services in $TC 2000. Your take on these will be appreciated. @jolinla

I bought initial position yesterday. This stock still looks strong even after a big drop yesterday. Since then stock is recovering on big volume.

- charans: $TTEK -- Tetra Tech Inc. posted a profit yesterday, but lowered the next quarter guidance. Stock fell down more than 10 % to $19.51 and is recovering on very high volume on this down day. Looks a good buy as long as stock stays above $20, which looks a long term support.

I wouldn't fall in love with any stock though. For example, keep an eye on $ACM or $KBR or $PNY or $SMTC or $TTEK and wait for them to catch up to their sectors or for their sectors to go back up. There are some retailers that have been beaten down e.g. $CAB and PLCE. I'm not saying to buy any of these stocks!!! Only that they are down now and may (I repeat MAY) be good future candidates.
