- Martin L: TRC- Open question to all west coast members. Is $TRC a good way to play the housing recovery when it really happens? They still own vast amounts of undeveloped land in California. I like the funde's, but the stock does not move. I don't want the expense or headache of owning a second home, but want to participate in the recovery of western real estate, via the stock market, so I can retire in the desert southwest in a few years. Any other ideas?
- jackies: $TRC, $ANN, $SMI, $ARX, $CLWR, $SGI, $BGMD, are all up today. Sometimes it's good to keep stocks like that on my radar, even if I'm not going to buy today after a big 12 to 30% up move.
- Martin L: $TRC Anybody have an opinion on Tejon Ranch. It's up huge in the last two weeks, #squeeze on the daily chart ,now above 200ma on the weekly. I had been watching it as a clue to a real housing turn around. I believe they are still the largest owner of undeveloped land and farm ground in California.
- snmtraders: $TRC - I used to watch this one regularly, and am sorry I took it off my radar and missed this vol #squeeze. I would wait to see it come back to test the breakout and bounce on this test before getting in. Looks like it fits @Dan's vol #squeeze trading pattern. Thanks for bringing this back to my attention, @Martin.
