The stock should then spike (15 -20) on the news and then retreat, as the short-term investors will want to then take their profits and run. This is a "power play" stock much the same as $VRNA see Dan's comments about this kind of stock at 11:30 am today. No one wants to sell at this time. If the stock does pullback prior to the news, it's a BUY. My last purchase was at $12. My position basis is $8.

Well, they didn’t exactly put it that way, but I think it’s worth watching. Take a look at the chart. It’s been doing well. (I’ve had a pos. in it for a couple of months.) BofA: “The company has a leading market position as a maker of fragrances and beauty products globally, ranging from mass beauty to prestige. We believe Coty will benefit from several factors, including: 1) global momentum in Prestige, 2) stabilization/growth in Consumer Beauty, 3) continued cost savings effort despite headwinds, and 4) modest gross margin expansion. Further, Coty is committed to deleveraging, which should remove an overhang on the stock farther out.”

- scottrades: @vcondry $VRNA For my style, I'd keep some at breakeven, just for the ride and then I'd put a stop at the low of the current base around 20.60. You could also zip one up to 21.40 in the event it takes out Tuesdays low.
