VanEck and State Street Global Advisors offer their own versions of, essentially, the same investment. One isn't significantly better/different from the other, so either will produce much the same results. I faced a similar dilemma when I began to feel $QQQ was getting too expensive, so I switched to $XLK. I got a lower price point with substantially the same underlying investment.

- Docoof: @woodman Among the companies in the same sector as $SWN, (i.e., “Gas Levered E&P”), that BofA likes is $CHK, which held up today and has a good chart. If you have time, can you comment on anything in particular that catches your eye in $CHK’s chart? (Fwiw, imo, the BofA analysts who cover O&G, mostly Doug Leggate, but also Chase Mulvehill, have been very good this year.)

- tnt: $SWN definitely pushing higher through resistance levels going back all the way to 2018. Looking for an initial profit target of $16 going back to 2016 if that is even significant being so far back. This rally should have legs. Could be nearly a triple.

$VLO -- this is a bit steep for me.
$WMB -- Has a 7% dividend. Would put a stop below Tuesday’s low.
$OKE -- 8% dividend. Holding up well and above 50-day MA.

- tnt: There are opportunities in the nat gas heavy energy names for oversold snapback plays including $RRC $SWN $GPOR. The charts are as ugly as you can find anywhere but they are extremely oversold from just about any perspective. I am buying all three of these for a holding period of likely just a few days. There is definitely blood in the streets right here.

Think about it, higher and higher nat gas prices means higher profit margins for the nat gas drillers. Just a matter of time before it shows up.

- tnt: This lift in $UNG nat gas looks far from over and many large players still on the wrong side of the trade caught short. Round up your favorite nat gas names and go long and enjoy the rip higher. $SWN $ECA $RRC $EQT are my favorites.

I think Nat Gas has to show some support at this new level before the companies levered to the product begin to trade up. Feels more like a short squeeze in Nat Gas than a real change in the underlying fundamentals.

I'd rather look for what the 8dEMA and 13dEMA (or something similar, like 9 or 10) are doing and crosses back up through the 21dEMA (for example). Along with price moving back up thru those 50 and 200 days.
