Plan is to take 10% off for every buck higher if the lows are held. Have not sold $JBLU today so second largest position. I think you can’t expect follow through tomorrow. But we are closing above 200dma on $SPY. Panic buying at end of the month is insane

- woodman: @jeff_free69 $SAVE - The bidding war is what the market is waiting for and could, potentially, really move the stock. Huge arbitrage potential if shareholders vote to accept $JBLU's bid, but there's significant resistance by $SAVE management (mostly centered on merger approval chances), I think to the extent that one could argue they are not acting in the best interest of shareholders. The $JBLU deal is significantly better (on paper), but management wants Frontier to buy. I believe 7/8 is the vote unless pushed off again.

We were having some issues yesterday and one of our IT guys was working on the trade creation app. I think he added a ticker just to see whether it was working. It's working...but he forgot to deactivate it. Buying the stock at $444 would sure have been a bad entry, given that JBLU is now at 14.48. Thanks for catching it, Rick! Much appreciated. Dan

Snow cleared from runway and new attempt to get Santa's sleigh off the ground in time for holiday cheer. $DAL A higher low, a dragonfly doji, and new company outlook has the stock above the downtrend line, and back to test the downward sloping 20 DMA. $AAL $UAL $JBLU, $ALK a similar setup off a double bottom. $LUV getting a hug but no love. Look at the ITM JAN 2023 Call LEAPs combined with short JAN 2022 Calls to form Diagonal Call Spreads.

- DAN: Adding Jetblue ($JBLU) as an active trade. The stock is close enough to a level that needs to hold that there is not much of a risk in buying the stock on this pullback. Basis: $15.40 Stop: $14.70 (4.5% risk) Earnings are due on January 28th, but I'll deal with that next week. --Dan
