- kenb: $ETOR finally getting some love after it bounced off its IPO price of $52.
- kenb: $ETOR recent IPO. Does anyone have experience with IPO's drifting down to its IPO price? Does it bounce due to sponsoring institutions stepping in to buy (prop-up) the stock? I bought this thinking it would act similar to $HOOD and is not working the same apparently. Sold off most of the shares for a loss, but kept a few tracking shares. IPO price was $52 and it is now just above that at $53.60. Is there a chance for a bounce?
- Bert953: $ETOR stopped out. The definition of a low risk buy. Allows us to place a stop close to a support level. I bought some yesterday as it looked like it was about to regain the 8dMA. My stop was just hit at Monday's Low of the day (LOD). Chart is currently printing a bearish Left/ Right pattern which is a doij candle followed by an engulfing candle - in this case, bearish. Stochastics, RSI, Chalkin Moneyflow are all pointing down, giving additional credence to the thesis that this is not yet ready to start working. Once again, as Dan says so often, it called trading, not money harvesting!
- kenb: @Bert953 $ETOR agreed, though still in. Accumulated shares at about $60 since that appeared to be good support where buyers are stepping in, so flat on the trade. I'm going to give it a little bit time to see if buying interest can move this thing up. If it drops much below $60, I'm out.
- ReneeH: @scottrades $ETOR would this be too early or is it a reasonable crypto play in your pov?
- scottrades: @ReneeH $ETOR It's early in my opinion. You're near the bottom of the range, but not in a setup that I've had a lot of success from.

- kenb: @RD $ETOR working well, been waiting for a breakout. Initiated a position around the $60 level as I saw a double bottom. Watching to see how it performs around the $70 level before adding. Analyst ratings were all positive with price targets from $70 - $80.

- Bert953: @vitoB $ETOR Looking at this on the 4hour chart to get a better perspective, its below the 8, 20 & 50period MA's. Last 5 candles are all below the 50 and today's is even weaker, with a lower wick the same size as the candle body. Though price is above the 10 min VWAP, this one is off my list until it shows more strength.

- kenb: $ETOR well, this was a surprise to me. 07:29 AM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EToro Group (ETOR) reported Q1 net income Tuesday of $0.69 per diluted share, down from $0.76 a year earlier. Total revenue and income for the quarter ended March 31 was $3.76 billion, up from $3.38 billion a year earlier. Analyst estimates were not available for comparison.

- pperlroth: @Wolf $ETOR I traded it throughout the day. Bought some in low 70's and holding. Traded the options first thing this morning and out of that position but holding as this is an interesting company.
- kenb: @nollid $GRRR similar thing happened to me at Merrill last week trying to buy $ETOR. Was blocked for online purchase, but could call a ML trading assistant to execute. Specialist told me they have has some fraudulent accounts trading in this stock and they placed it on a list to verify that I am the owner of the account. Didn't place the trade because I would have to call them to sell if I wanted, and didn't want to add that delay when trading. I did explain my frustration in that there is no list published of these that I could decide whether a head of time to follow. I did buy in a Schwab account with no problems.
