- scottrades: @gwenzee $XP Everytime the stock has held above the black line as noted on the chart earlier it has rebounded to the moving average cluster above. I'm looking at probabilities. If this, then that. "If This" (stock holding above the black line) doesn't happen the probability of the rebound to the moving average cluster is less likely because it's not doing what it did before. I think that's pretty clear in the analysis but apologize if there was any confusion. Cheers!
- gwenzee: @scottrades $XP Sorry, Scott, I have no idea what the black line signifies. It doesn't seem to be a MA and it doesn't seem to indicate support or resistance. Pray tell, what is it?
- scottrades: @gwenzee $XP As noted above it's the Anchored Volume Weighted Average Price, or AVWAP plotted from the stock's IPO Date. The stock has closed above it all but 2 trading days since it's been listed. So if it closes below I wouldn't want to be in the stock.
- gwenzee: @scottrades $XP TY I don't use that indicator.
- scottrades: @bozostew Did you take the VWAP Masterclass that we did last week? AVWAP is a feature on TC2000. Honestly I wouldn't be taking chances with $XP at this point. It's holding up OK, but our main focus as traders isn't about getting the lowest price, but buying at the right price and this may very well go higher but please know that you're swimming upstream in this market right now.
