- woodman: $BULL - Showing signs of life as it consolidates along the combined 21dEMA/50dSMA. Potential phase 2 move back up at some point.
- woodman: $BULL - gap filling. It was too late for me to sell with the surprise news yesterday. I didn't have a stop on it, which is good in this instance. I am still holding my position, most of which was bought below current price that's now back above $13.
- woodman: $BULL - Oy! My starter from last week got whacked this morning. It announced a standby equity purchase agreement with an investment fund to permit purchase of up to $1 billion worth of shares at a 2.5% discount to market price over the next 3 years.
- ZMan2: @woodman $BULL The investment fund they are using do not have a good reputation which is why $BULL is down 10%.

- woodman: @ZMan2 $BULL - Thanks. I watched the, or a related, video that refers to Tevis. One more reason to be concerned, IMO: Webull has a U.S. presence and is regulated by U.S. entities, but it is ultimately owned by a Chinese company. Webull Financial LLC, the U.S. entity, is a broker-dealer registered with the SEC and FINRA. However, the parent company, Webull Corporation, is incorporated in the Cayman Islands and its primary investor is a Chinese holding company. My position is relatively small. I still have it ... for now, and I'll watch the price action from here.

- woodman: Young $BULL is starting to curve back up. It has traded long enough for there to be a 50d, which is now in its sites barely above current price. It has already moved up through the 21dEMA. Keep an eye on this. (No position as I type....)

- Henry: $BULL CEO on FoxBiz Opened at 40.4 hi 52.7 low 34.5 It has Chinese "roots" but calls itself a global company
- Henry: $BULL more interesting than I thought. Gasparino came on and asked who the majority shareholder was. A Chinese national. Senator Tubberville (AL R) has charged the the Chinese guy has has had business dealings with the communist party. The CEO claims all information stays in the US, even though their technical team is Chinese. He denied knowledge of the CEO having links to the party.
- Henry: $BULL I had not heard of a reverse merger. According to GROK A reverse merger is when a private company acquires a publicly traded company, allowing the private company to go public without an initial public offering (IPO). The private company merges with the public "shell" company, gaining access to its stock exchange listing and shareholder base. This process is often faster and cheaper than an IPO but can involve risks like regulatory scrutiny and limited investor awareness.
