- RichardinME: @BarryC Thanks Barry! I guess there are some exceptions such as institutional traders that value pic things such as $AMD being too cheap or those that bought $NVDA on a 40 percent pull back but I'm not agile enough for that, don't have huge capital to work with, and would rather ride the train at a higher price than be alone bottom picking!

$NVDA is up this morning following Jensen Huang unveiled some exciting new products at CES 2025 in Las Vegas. The presentation is always interesting, but after a while I kinda get lost in the tech speak. The TLDR is that they introduced AI tech for ... - Nepenthe: @Henry $IONQ Seems like a lot of rejects this morning. Started green, now decisively red. Only green on my screen is $WGS, and I sold half at the top. $NVDA may have filled the gap, but it, too, has a brutal red candle, at least for the moment. And so it goes...cheers.

- scottrades: @djgustoso $NVDA I think the Econ Data today is the main culprit, but that's why I mentioned watching for a strong close because the market isn't making new highs yet. I think it'll be ok long term, but in the near term wed're getting a pretty clear test of the 50 Day.
- joelsg1: $TSLA Concern from Jensen's keynote last night that competition is coming for FSD using $NVDA's new chips. Not anytime soon IMO. Jensen didn't talk TSLA much last night because they use their own chip design. FSD is the only autonomous solution you can buy right now and is moving quickly to full approval, no doubt aided by Tesla Ins. as current law requires assumed liability for wide approval. BofA raised target to $490 but called it "neutral". Looking to add to large pos. around 50d $360 if it can get there.
- joelsg1: $NVDA Bounced off the 50d $140, prior resistance is now support, as Jensen does media interviews including a good one on Bloomberg. To me, a big winner from last night was $SMCI, which Jensen did not mention but if you looked closely at video display there was the SMCI liquid cooled rack for data centers in the lower right. Their founder CEO is unintelligible, but the stock looks to have bottomed after their 10-1 split, accounting troubles and now perhaps resurrection. Long both.
