- tnt: $GPOR has been in a nasty downtrend for months and is 1/3 of the value it was just last summer. I think we are ripe for a healthy oversold bounce. $GPOR has strategically positioned property on the Louisiana Gulf Coast which is perfect for exporting nat gas $UNG as the United States is just starting to finally export $LNG in size. Their nat gas is a short distance to the export terminally making them a cash machine in the coming years. - tnt: There are opportunities in the nat gas heavy energy names for oversold snapback plays including $RRC $SWN $GPOR. The charts are as ugly as you can find anywhere but they are extremely oversold from just about any perspective. I am buying all three of these for a holding period of likely just a few days. There is definitely blood in the streets right here.

- stevef214: @valerie $GPOR Its bullish that its above the secondary price. It shows investor believe the generated cash will be used in a way to increase the value of the company. For instance using the cash to buy better equipment to make a process more efficient which will lead to higher margins. IDK what GPOR is using the cash for but this is just an example.

First this was y rev strat hammer list I prepared Thursday night ( I do this every day ) $DNR $DVN $EPS $ERX $GPOR $JEC $NTAP $SMH $TSL $WDC $XLE $XOP
DNR DVN EPS ERX GPOR JEC NTAP TSL WDC XLE XOP - All went RSHU - rev strat hammer up. They also had ... - Jorma: @Aragorn $DNR $DVN $EPS $ERX $GPOR $JEC $NTAP $SMH $TSL $WDC $XLE $XOP - of these, I like 3 of them the best: $JEC, beautiful 3 bar pullback to rising 8d ma, had closed Thursday right at 200d ma, then Friday gapped up to open at 8d ma and ran from there on good volume, all indicators turning up; $GPOR had huge selloff on volume over 21 million on 3/10, but it formed a great hammer, closed only down .02 from open, so it showed great resiliency, followed on Friday with gap up and nice gain on volume over 6 million, and had a nice signal cross on MACD; finally, $WDC good pattern, and rising from nice base that began in late January. As always, thanks for your work in pointing out these prospects.

Here's a little more news that came out in the AH's about $GPOR on Friday...S&P affirmed their corporate credit rating at B+ on increased production and reserves: outlook now stable. This is really good news for this stock now going forward....don't have to worry about a secondary common stock offering because it is over and is now priced out on 3/10 and you can see that news on the chart.This should be a strong stock now because a lot of risk was eliminated on 3/10 and confirmed by the credit rating by the S&P on 3/11. I will be a buyer because of your post...on any good entry and I now will be watching the chart.... Thanks.

But certainly for overall market sentiment, etc., news is helpful and certainly impactful for developing plans.
