- champ: New position, back-in this morning...$USB at $44.44...Upgrade and I'm Not looking for hi-risk flash type of stocks, I will leave that to others, I'm only looking for low-risk stocks.. like this one, that could turn into a nice #Pre-earnings move,...ER on 4/17. However I did catch a great trade, with timing on $DWAC/$DJT but NP now.... .....Luck helps and the harder I Work, the Luckier I get, per @DAN.

- champ: @lance1161......on $DJT....I'm still holding a small 50 share swing position, for now...and I'm Trailing........ ....and I have made a lot of money on $DWAC in the past.... and so-far $DJT, has also been Golden for me....... ....and I'm surprised that it is still working, however my guess is, I will probably be moving off ....Soon, if it drops below $67.

- champ: @joelsg1 $DJT $DWAC...Yes it does, however I'm trading this stock and I'm not going to get married to it, that for sure......... ....The $DJT News is in all of the Newspapers today....... ....Can't short because of high risk...so Schwab and the others, they just don't want to carry that type of risk, is my guess and they don't need that type of risk, from all of the small players...however for the large players, thats not a problem for them.

Crazy that a company that barely makes $4 million in revenue will be giving Trump the greenshoe option to coin potentially $3B in proceeds when he sells with the listing. That's nuts in my opinion!

- joelsg1: @woodman $DWAC Assuming the merger succeeds, shareholder lawsuits against the inevitable skirting of the lockup meet another roadblock, District Judge Aileen Cannon who proves everyday she's in the tank, and such derivative suits must be filed in her District per revised corporate docs. Lizard logic in play.

- joelsg1: @champ $DWAC Not a Trump fan as you know, but notice new SEC filing changing the exclusive venue for shareholder lawsuits to So Fla. Dist. Ct. where Eileen Cannon presides. They postponed the shareholder meeting to approve merger to June because (of course) Trump is litigating with his SPAC 'partner' terms of merger conversion. I think this is how Trump gets the $500M to bond the NY judgments against him so he doesn't lose what's left of his NY building equity, he'll have 79M shares post merger. There's a 6 month lockup on sales post-merger but since when does he follow rules, and perhaps side deal before merger. If kept secret and the press doesn't focus, probably a positive for the stock, negative once it's clear he's dumping shares. FWIW :)
