- champ: @bigbartabs $DWAC ....If Trump wins, the stock will probably win also.. because all of his posts are on Truth Social, so add-sales will probably really spike also.....and the next Set-up for the stock is....if Trump win New Hampshire tomorrow night..... ....and that Blank Check company, Digital World, the short story on why is....in a round about way, that is more or less, how Truth Social was able to get listed, is my guess.

- champ: @bigbartabs $DWAC....it is all about #add-sales....and if he goes on to win back the Presidency, then all of the Trump team, will probably be posting on Truth Social, so Truth Social would probably turn into a Political Web-site, ran by the Trump family, in a Blind-Trust......and that X- Congressman Devin Nunes, is the CEO. ...So if all of that happens, then this stock would probably be way under-valued and this current price, is my guess.

Lawyers in this type of deal do what their client tells them. As you say, $18M is a weak slap on the wrist and due only if the long-delayed merger succeeds, and that is still problematic. I think almost all SPACs are suspect, couldn't do a proper IPO so best to steer clear. If Twitter and $META can't clear profit on this type of media, don't think $DWAC with its limited reach will do better. We know Trump shows no LT loyalty to anyone, and if he thinks he can get a better deal with somebody else, he'll take it and kick these guys to the curb.

- joelsg1: @vcondry $DWAC NYC knows Trump well, here's a story from a relative who used to be at the NYC Parks and Recreation in the 1980's when they renovated the giant Wollman skating rink in Central Park. Paid for by voluntary contributions and a Trump company ran the concession. Familiar tale: Most heavy hitters in NYC contributed at least $1M, but not Trump who put his name all over the sideboards and claimed to have contributed but did not. At the ceremonial dinner to thank the invited donors, Trump showed up uninvited, bullied his way to the dais, took a chair near the speakers' podium, got his picture taken by the press attending, then left. Parks Dept. did not reveal their donors (and non-donors) and the matter faded. I remember in one of the Home Alone movies there is a scene at the rink with the Trump name everywhere.
- Lou: @joelsg1 $DWAC - I followed the renovation story closely as by then I no longer lived in Manhattan but as a teen I learned to skate there and spent most winter Saturdays there skating with friends, As I remember the story the Wollman rink underwent a never-ending renovation and after a number of years remained limbo. The story I read was that Trump volunteered to finish the job, did some arm twisting to raise contributions and managed the completion in under a year. I don't doubt that he was not a financial contributor, and that he managed to make some money in the process, but it did get completed.

- woodman: @sgiseller $DWAC - Trading stock only. They keep pushing back the shareholders vote to approve an extension of the deadline for the supposed merger with Trump Media. That vote just to agree to an extension of the deadline was first scheduled for 9/8. That was pushed back to Oct, then again to Nov.3, and now yet again to Nov. 22. Apparently, they can keep stringing it out as long as they like. Not to mention the investigations and odd dealings, I'd hate to be an investor in this thing. Trade away - and certainly good traders are being rewarded right now - but don't get caught without a chair when the music stops.
