- StockMarketMentor: Watch the Homies. Mortgage rates are the lowest they've been in a while, and we've got a Fed meeting coming up. In light of the employment numbers, I think it's actually a possibility that the Fed will cut .50bps. Since the labor market is now obviously deteriorating, I suspect that Powell will want to be accused of being only a little too late rather than a lot too late. I'd be watching stocks like $XHB $NAIL $DJUSHB $LEN $DHI $PHM $TOL etc. They are moving nicely -- a bit extended to warrant buying right here b/c many are bumping up against their recent highs. I am about "time stopped" on those stocks -- meaning, they've been on the list since August 23 and haven't done much. $TOL is up just slightly, but $LEN a ... - StockMarketMentor: Just added $OCUL with a basis of 9.80 and a suggested stop at 8.95. Removing $AAPL from the ATI list. Removing $GD. Trapped in consolidation and it'll likely take a while (or a war) for this one to break out. Keeping $DVA even though the stop got tagged yesterday. I have a lot of profit in this, so I can afford not to panic and to give it a little more time.
