- billyzeke: @woodman $ASML Wasn't easy, but I felt like it was going to go up eventually. It had a couple of false starts and it shook me out once on one of those dips but I bought it back.
- Bert953: @woodman $ASML Before Chairman Powell started speaking, it was one of the few green candles. No longer, its now a bearish engulfing with support at the 50dMA.
- kenb: $ASML watching. After the ER gap up, it's pulling back to just above the breakout level and holding right now at the 21d EVA. Thinking about taking a nibble here with a stop just below the post ER gap LOD. Want to see how it trades the rest of the day. Semi-conductor stocks have not been doing well lately, and $NVDA ER next week which will move all semi's one way or another.
- billyzeke: @scottrades $SMCI $NVDA I just noticed the big drop happened at 8:52, the same time the bottom dropped out of SMCI. I'm definitely not a fan of AMD this morning...it has ruined my $ASML trade too, it's back to where I bought it now at $690....ugh.

- kenb: @billyzeke $SMCI $NVDA $ASML $AMD for me as a long-term position investor for capital appreciation, it's been great. Started a large position in 2018 when it was fighting $INTC for market share, I still have a large position with a cost basis of $10. Over the years, I've been trading around the core position, selling a little when it was trading in a high range, and buying back a little at lower levels on pull-backs such as these. And wall street likes Lisa Su. I'm usually not very good at swing trading.

I have sold some from time to time, but $ASML has been in my core. )

Now close to breaking out as $SMH gathers steam! >700 opens door to potentially challenge ATH (over time) 9/2021 ~900, also creating a very long and large cup which may portent still higher prices. Great technology with this company (in same space as $LRCX on MarketSmith).
