- AlexJFraser: $WU maybe starting to squeeze ?
- Bob G: @AlexJFraser $WU Definitely squeezing. Draw a box around the price action going back to Sept. 12th. You will see it's been in a trading range and basing sideways for 4-5 weeks. Likely to run into resistance at $18 but could just as easily blast right through it
- efrain007: @AlexJFraser $WU Yes. Tried to pop Monday, failed but held 20d and trying again. Boring but working.
- AlexJFraser: @efrain007 $WU My hair and my heart are okay with boring right now.
- AlexJFraser: @Bob G $WU Thanks. I started a small position today. I'm also looking at $stag . Have you looked at it at all? Seems like it's getting close.
- efrain007: @AlexJFraser $WU I posted and took some Friday. Here's what I saw....
- Bob G: @AlexJFraser $WU $stag $STAG has been trading in a range of about 10% for the past 5-6 months. Certainly not in a squeeze with the bands at 10% and growing. Not knowing your trading style, I think I'm safe saying there are better opportunities then this one. Good luck!
- AlexJFraser: @Bob G $WU $stag $STAG Thank you.
- efrain007: $WU nice tight range and back over 20d. Could start here w a stop under 26.50 or wait for a move over 27.50.

- woodman: @FHS $LC #CreditServices - Excellent work! Congrats. This one is new to me, but yeah, I can see why you sold it and it looks like you did perfectly. I have no idea what caused it to jump (earnings?) but I'd be inclined to let it let it cool off some before getting back in. I was fishing for another credit services stock to add to my holdings and saw LC as I waded thru the charts. I have $EZPW still (getting squeezer-ish), but sold my $YRD to bank some green; I'd like back in YRD eventually but not here. Also catching my eye in the sector: $ONDK $AXP $SLM $WU $FCFS
- FHS: @woodman $LC $EZPW $YRD $ONDK $AXP $SLM $WU $FCFS #CreditServices Greetings! Yes, I believe it was an earnings jump, but why I don't know. I tried reading them, but out of boredom turned to "War and Peace" instead. There still seems to be a lot of negative commotion regarding the company, so I thought it best to be cautious, maybe overly so. Thanks for pointing the others out. I will take a look. Cheers.

- Forexpro: Re: $WU Hi, Friends, Well, that didn't take long; took some $WU late yesterday as it reached support. Today, it opened below, and in a soggy market it receives no benefit of the doubt. Out, for a very modest loss. Worth a shot, missed the target. All the best!
- Forexpro: Re: $WU Hi, Friends, This ticker set off an alert, signifying that it had reached a point of potential support. That, at least, is how I saw it over the weekend. That still looks about right; decent dividend (3.35 percent), and a reasonably clear reference point for a atop (18.75). Not a large position, just a toe dip. We'll see how the water feels. http://schrts.co/8ibawo Here's hoping that your day is going well; all the best!

- tjv821: $wu forgot about this dog but has come back nicely looks like a completed w pattern from last nov-dec??
- Bridget: $WU starting to break out. 50DMA is coming up to meet the 200DMA. Weekly chart looks like its broken its downtrend from last year and now established a new uptrend. I think you can buy here with a stop at around $19.
- bigbartabs: @woodman $YRD $PYPL $AXP $DFS $FSC $TCAP $CSH $AGM $NNI $GDOT $QIWI $OMF $PHH $ENVA $MGI $FCFS $COF $MA $NAVI $WU $SLM #CreditServices ... volume... this has been bothering me for some time. With a rally like we have had, it just seemed to me that we should have had more volume to back it up. Almost seems like there has been something wrong with my charts for the last month. I wonder if the low volume (trickling in each day) was the reason the rally just kept going for so long. Just a few traders / investors finally buying into it each day. Odd.
- bigbartabs: @woodman $YRD $PYPL $AXP $DFS $FSC $TCAP $CSH $AGM $NNI $GDOT $QIWI $OMF $PHH $ENVA $MGI $FCFS $COF $MA $NAVI $WU $SLM $SPY #CreditServices ... just saw your 5:03pm post. My earlier thoughts exactly.
- woodman: @bigbartabs $YRD $PYPL $AXP $DFS $FSC $TCAP $CSH $AGM $NNI $GDOT $QIWI $OMF $PHH $ENVA $MGI $FCFS $COF $MA $NAVI $WU $SLM $SPY #CreditServices I like volume as much as the next person, but we just haven't been getting it yet stocks have gone up. In fact, this has been the case for years. We've had low volume in $SPY for years yet seen a continued move up for SPY. Not until summer 2015 did the price of SPY level off.
- woodman: #CreditServices (TC2000) have been on fire. Here are some that caught my eye: $YRD - Everyone's darling rocket ship ipo. $PYPL - @aragorn has been pounding the table. Res ipsa loquitur. $AXP - I've been long this one. Easy rider; no Tums needed. $DFS - nice like AXP. $FSC - watch to see if can get thru the 50 day. $TCAP performing well and sports a 10.5 div yield. $CSH, $AGM, $NNI, $GDOT- exhibiting escape velocity and still lifting. $QIWI $OMF, $PHH - up thru the 50 day with room to continue up. $ENVA - creeping higher; buying on pullback to 50 day would be nicer. $MGI - maybe.... $FCFS - looks like phase 2. Watch for phase 3. $COF, $MA and $NAVI - good runs, but nearing 200 day now. $WU - 200 day now support. $SLM - messy but directionally pleasing.
- TunaHelper: @woodman $YRD $PYPL $AXP $DFS $FSC $TCAP $CSH $AGM $NNI $GDOT $QIWI $OMF $PHH $ENVA $MGI $FCFS $COF $MA $NAVI $WU $SLM #CreditServices Just a quick thought: You might want to look at these through the lens of volume (e.g., is the volume increasing?, is it consistently above 50dma of volume). That being said, volume today is very light across the board / generally in the market.
- woodman: @TunaHelper $YRD $PYPL $AXP $DFS $FSC $TCAP $CSH $AGM $NNI $GDOT $QIWI $OMF $PHH $ENVA $MGI $FCFS $COF $MA $NAVI $WU $SLM #CreditServices Yes, volume is down across the board. I didn't have such a micro one-day view. I like the direction and potential of these, but I leave to you and others to figure out which ones you might like best. I'm just pointing you to what is working. It's for you to drill down and find out what works for you and your style.
- TunaHelper: @woodman $YRD $PYPL $AXP $DFS $FSC $TCAP $CSH $AGM $NNI $GDOT $QIWI $OMF $PHH $ENVA $MGI $FCFS $COF $MA $NAVI $WU $SLM #CreditServices The low volume on some of the listed tickers has been for more than one day. More generally across the board today has been a low volume day in the market.
- woodman: @TunaHelper $YRD $PYPL $AXP $DFS $FSC $TCAP $CSH $AGM $NNI $GDOT $QIWI $OMF $PHH $ENVA $MGI $FCFS $COF $MA $NAVI $WU $SLM #CreditServices Seriously, are you giving me a hard time for providing the fruit of my labor. Are you asking me to do additional work when I've been nice enough to give ideas during the trading day. My response to your other comment made me miss the close and something I planned on buying. That was stupid of me. I've provided 19 ideas in one list. If you don't like a stock, don't buy it. All the stocks have potential or have done extremely well already. If some aren't to your liking b/c you want more volume, fine, avoid those stocks.
- woodman: @TunaHelper $YRD $PYPL $AXP $DFS $FSC $TCAP $CSH $AGM $NNI $GDOT $QIWI $OMF $PHH $ENVA $MGI $FCFS $COF $MA $NAVI $WU $SLM #CreditServices CSH - up nearly 40% in a little over a month. Pretty much up every day. You could have bought and made a ton of money or said -oh my, it's lower volume than the rest of the Market is having, so I won't buy it. The stock doesn't care that you lost out, but it's a free country and it's your decision, even if not necessarily the right one.
- TunaHelper: @woodman $YRD $PYPL $AXP $DFS $FSC $TCAP $CSH $AGM $NNI $GDOT $QIWI $OMF $PHH $ENVA $MGI $FCFS $COF $MA $NAVI $WU $SLM #CreditServices Seriously, you are misreading my note. I was not attacking you personally, not giving you a hard time, nor asking you to do additional work; rather, I was offering some additional information to consider. That's it. Relax. I was just pointing out that some of the stocks on the list had weak volume recently - and is another technical metric to think about when determining whether to buy or not. One of my rules is "Volume never lies, but price does sometimes." It has proved helpful for getting into good trades and avoiding hazardous ones. In any case, if you took my comments as a personal attack, please note that it was not.
- woodman: @TunaHelper $YRD $PYPL $AXP $DFS $FSC $TCAP $CSH $AGM $NNI $GDOT $QIWI $OMF $PHH $ENVA $MGI $FCFS $COF $MA $NAVI $WU $SLM #CreditServices Have you even looked at the volume in $SPY since the 2/11 triple bottom? Go ahead, check it out. It has been terrible. Every single day but one since 2/11 has had volume UNDER avg. 50 day volume. If you've stayed on the sideline lamenting the lousy volume, you've completely missed out on this move.

- CallaLilly: $WU - I don't understand calls and puts and wonder if someone could help select a put on $WU out a bit. It's quite near its 52-week high and I think its business model could be jeopardized by other models, any model. I just think it's up too high and vulnerable. Thanks.
- CallaLilly: $WU - no, I think that since really good companies are limping along, it's a relatively safe "short" a few months out - something about both its own business and an outdated technology (what do I know, but I think so).
- oby1090: $WU CallaLilly, would you consider #shorting the stock , or do you prefer to buy a put?
- CallaLilly: $WU - a put is the same as #shorting, yes? I'd rather have a put - the stock is up pretty high. (thanks for your help)
- oby1090: $WU if you are buying a put, go out to at least march, 53 days to expiration, and buy either a 20 or 22.50 strike (in the money) delta's of -71 and -98 respectively.
- CallaLilly: $WU - thank you.
- CallaLilly: $WU - hmmm. I just think it, more than anything, should fall but don't know that it will short term. Just think longer term is safer ...
- alphomega: $WU When I trade #options for direction I look for a deep in the money option with a delta (absolute value of) as close to 1 as possible. Look up option delta to understand why. The problem with an option is it loses value every day. This is theta. IMHO you at least need to understand these 2 greeks (delta and theta) before you trade #options. to find a place to start learning about #options google $CBOE education
- CallaLilly: $WU - oops, sorry for this. I don't know #options well enough to pick correctly. I'm just a little squeamish about #shorting a stock because I never have. Maybe it's as easy as buying a stock ??? Isn't a put what you buy if you think the stock is going to go down?
- alphomega: $WU When I trade #options for direction I use a debit spread. The theta of the short option offsets my long theta. Of course I lose a little delta this way but the short premium reduces my risk.
- blsachs: $WU - volatility #squeeze and a range breakout. I took a small position and will add if the close remains strong. I've done my homework on the fundies and really like this company and have been buying on the pullbacks throughout the consolidation as well but I know SSM loves volatility squeezes and thought this may be worth a look for some of you guys :).
