- Aragorn: $UPS - I believe @Dan uses 50%, $UPS has a very low volatility. I am long $UPS and have wanted to sell covered calls but there is no premium in them to really make money. $IF you want to short a stock short $FDX better possible return and it is weaker then UPS. $FDX the spread is down to 10 dollars in $PX between the2 when it is usually 17 dollars or so. $UPS is stronger than $FDX IMHO. GL and you are a smart man ( I assume) for paper trading this market. Good for you

You have to know some of the fundies like are they hedged or not. If not hedged the $PX will move well if gold is moving up and gold will be moving up. What was your plan when you bought this? was it a trade or long term. If long term know the fundies, if a trade then protect your profits. I would say yes to be overbought and staying overbought. It is being accumulated. You seem to not have had a plan going into the trade. Well make one now if you are in and stick to it. Good Luck.

- aragorn555: $GGN - I have owned this for a number of years and it is a regular payer and it has moved up in the last 2 months. I owned this back in 08 and the $PX appreciation alone was terrific. Throw in the yeild and it was a solid earner for for me.

One to watch, this maybe just getting started as the daily pinched and popped but the px in the weekly is firmly still in the upper range of the BB and has not reached it yet. The volume is weak and the OBV is not screaming buy me here, but $PX action doesn't care.

- ymorrell: Team, There's been a lot of chatter about many material stocks today. Take a look at the IYM(basic materials ETF). It has had extreme selling today. Top holdings: $APD, $AA, $DD, $DOW, $MON, $BTU, $FCX, $X, $PX, NEM. I don't think that this is over in a day, even if the 200 lies close.

Today, I sold my calls in my trading acc't as I was up handsomely and didn't want to be greedy:>) I also sold shares in my longterm port. I will reload again at the 20DMA. Some stocks I mentioned yesterday are moving today: MEE- bounced off the 20DMA $CNX and $PBR did the same and $ECA looks to be getting ready CHK- bouncing off the 50dma I nibbled at some $PX and $JEC today.
