- ScottT: @bRobert $PENN $PETS Thanks. Exactly what I'm doing. I add long term holds in scales. Same works with active trades. I was buying in halves or whole positions with active trades. 1/3's have worked very well. I had the best two months trading since using the scale buying in Dec. and Jan. Having just recently retired it had been since the 90's that I had done any active trading. I ran my own business and my time was limited. Your incites have been greatly appreciated. Building process has taken longer than I had anticipated. Starting to get comfortable by realizing iI needed to differentiate between stocks that I want to trade and stocks I want to own for the future.
