- lostsheep: $OPTN Have gotten a little longer over the past couple of days. The Cowen upgrade and 25 price target was met with selling but the price action today makes me feel better about my choice to add at the 50. BB's tightening and a reversal candle pattern in the works. Huge short interest and above Wednesday's high of 9.32 should get us back to test the secondary at 9.75. A bit of a lottery ticket but we'll see.
- lostsheep: $OPTN - nice move on good volume today. Still below the 9.75 secondary level which is serving as resistance. MACD ready to crossover. Would like to get one more pullback near 9 to get a bit more. Above 9.75 should cause some short covering and bring higher prices. Looking for it to get back to 11.5 area in due time.
- lostsheep: $OPTN bought this on the pullback to 8 now breaking out of 3 inside days and above recent high of 9.7 . 50% short interest
- lostsheep: @Herb $CONN $OPTN not in that one but am in $OPTN which has 55% short interest, After banging its head on the 200 and the 8 level for 5 months it broke through on 11/1 and has since pulled back to test it at 8.06 and now moving higher again. Needs to clear the daily 8 ema
- lostsheep: $OPTN mentioned this on 11/1. Has since broke above the 8.56 level on volume and solidly above the 200 day. Still huge short interest. Again low volume low price stock that can turn quickly, Earnings on the 12th pm.
- lostsheep: $OPTN lottery ticket. almost no volume but 56% short. No earnings till 11/22 next level to clear 8.56 Always better in a risk on market like this
- lostsheep: $OPTN thinly traded pharma with 58% short interest broke above $8 yesterday and the daily 200. Pulled back today and currently printing an inside day and still holding the 200. Very speculative but the weekly and monthly Macd are also close to crossing negative to positive. 7.7 was yesterdays low leaving little risk on the downside as it is currently at 7.9.
