- DavidK: $BHG $KPTI - my bird chirped yesterday it still wasn’t too late for BHG . Tough to buy after it ran from 5-10 in 5 days . I didn’t listen to the tune when I heard it 1st time . KPTI birdie felt was a good tune to listen to also . FYI - like Dans $SKYX idea from a application standpoint a lot . ( what the company does ) I have zero idea if company can execute . Great product for home flippers , remodels etc .

$PLMR -- earnings after close on Monda ... - issues: Shares of biotech companies Karyopharm Therapeutics ($KPTI) and DBV Technologies ($DBVT) jumped Friday after the former gained approval for a cancer treatment. In morning trading on the stock market today, Karyopharm stock popped 2.8%, near 9.20, in huge volume. DBV stock soared 15.5%, near 10.90, in higher-than-average volume. It wasn't immediately clear why shares of DBV flew higher Friday morning. Karyopharm gained Food and Drug Administration approval for a multiple myeloma drug in patients who've worsened while taking at least four other cancer treatments. The FDA sped up approval of Karyopharm's drug, Xpovio, due to robust responses in clinical studies.

- stairm01: $KPTI Stock up 36% and halted. Pharmaceutical company focused on treatment of Multiple Myeloma, a cancer of plasma cells. My wife was diagnosed in mid July 2018 and had a stem cell transplant in January of this year to put it into remission. What a life changing journey it has been. I hope this stock soars to the moon because of good news with the clinical study. No position yet.

- sierramp: $KPTI made a move at 2:29 pm The only news I see is yet another 13G was filed, this time by Chione by 12.6%. There are two others in the stock, Blackrock filed on Dec 31st for 7% and Wellington Investment submitted yesterday for 13.53% on a 13G dated Feb 14th. I am in this in a small way and added another small % today.
- sierramp: The chart of $KPTI isn't awfully inspiring though it may have had a double bottom. They recently hired 83 new employees which is significant for a co. with a market cap of $533M. I have an alert set for the Jan 7th high of $10.54 I would consider adding on a BO above that. On Dec 31st Blackrock filed a 13G stating they own 7% of the shares. Maybe someone can explain the following to me: Wellington Investment Adv. today filed a 13G stating they own 13.53% of the shares but it is dated 2-14-19.

Chart put in a double bottom. EPS numbers are awful and IBD Composite Rating is 12 but Rev Growth Rate Last 4 Qtrs is 26,733% Institutions hold 71.4% of shares. NP but might take a flyer with small position size to manage risk.
