- iancleghorn: $CFFN I take a look at the IBD volume movers less times than I should. Todays top mover, with volume running 178% more than its average for the last 50 days, is $CFFN (Capital Federal). It's the 6th biggest S&L in the US by capitalization and based in Topeka KS. It has an admirable looking chart. Looking though the S&L sector, there are quite a few good looking charts The problem is that most of them are somewhere below micro-cap. Of the top 15 largest S&Ls, $HCBK (Hudson City Bankcorp) and $KRNY (Kearny Financial) are watch list quality and not behaving like the money center gang. @Ian
