I've got a stop under today's low for all of it, and if the bounce isn't significant will sell a few more at end of day. There's always tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow...until there isn't. Cheers.

  • woodman: @gmj $ionq $rgti $qubt $qbts - I'm treading lightly with the QCs at the moment. $QUBT $QBTS $ARQQ $IONQ look like they are under some pressure (at or just under the 50d) and trying to hold support. They may well hold, but be careful. $BTQQF doing a little better at holding the 50d. $RGTI in some consolidation above the 50d, holding the 20d area.

  • woodman: I'm late to the game here today due to appointments. Quantum Computing: I have no $IONQ and very little $QBTS going into earnings. I have a little $ARQQ, which hasn't announced its next reporting date. I may sell that too, to avoid risk of sympathy moves. I've done well with QC overall, so I'm erring on the side of avoiding risk of earnings.

  • woodman: The entire Quantum Computing (QC) stock group is on the rise this morning, with many up through their 8dEMAs, though encountering some other longer duration MAs just above. I continue to be involved with these stocks and have posted the watchlist for this group many times over he past several months. I currently have positions in $QBTS $ARQQ and $IONQ.

  • woodman: $ARQQ up through the 8dEMA and 21dEMA with 20dSMA still above. I like the chart here, however.... I don't see a confirmed date for $ARQQ, but I'm curious (and cautious) to see how it may react to $QBTS (8/7 bmo) and $IONQ (8/6 amc) earnings. Even if one QC stock may not be reporting this week/soon (ARQQ, e.g.), my sense is to be cautious with the entire QC group surrounding the reports by those that are reporting this week. I have decent profit in the QC stocks which I'd rather not give back, so I will likely tread very lightly going into these earnings.

  • woodman: @StockMarketMentor $IONQ $RGTI $QUBT $QBTS - Folks can look at my Quantum Computing stock watchlist I've been posting about for some time. $ARQQ $IBM and $BTQQF are also in the space (as is ugly $QMCO). As I've mentioned, I've been trading around various names in the space based on the charts. I am currently in $QBTS (somewhat messy consolidation but holding up, and I think it goes higher from here) and $IONQ (testing bottom of wedge and 50d). No position in ARQQ, but it's hovering around the 50d after falling through the 21dEMA which was a trend break. However, I'm watching it here.

  • woodman: Quantum Computing - $QBTS a little stall/pullback after hitting the 5/23/25 resistance/high level area, after briefly making an ath above that level last week. I still have a position. $ARQQ is trying to hold on but falling through the 21dEMA. Looks like it could continue to leak downward toward the rising 50d, but it's battling. I have a small position. $QUBT (np) is on the 50d now. $IONQ is at the bottom of a wedge. I still have a position. $BTQQF (np) continues to leak down toward its rising 50d following its huge move in late June-early July. $RGTI (np) flaggish with wide BBs.

  • Henry: $IONQ CEO was on Cramer last night. He painted a picture that his company was the biggest and the best in the quantum space. I have no way of know if that is true or not but the stock is up almost a buck in pm.
  • woodman: @Henry $IONQ - Same. I have no idea who's "the best" in the space (or how to even deterine that at this juncture) or even how far away the QCs (truly) are from being a real thing. I'm just riding the wave and trading the charts. Also, thanks to @joelsg1 for mentioning the CEO would be on Cramer last night. I didn't watch the segment, but I've liked the wedge formation and figured it could get a lift from Cramer. That said, a buck in the pre keeps it in the wedge. Earnings for this one are 8/6 amc.

  • woodman: Quantum Computing stocks are volatile, but can make you some good money. $QBTS (long) out of that wedge and $BTQQF (np) off the 50d are the high flyers of the day. $IONQ (np; 8/6 amc earnings) is in a wedge now and could be a good one soon. $ARQQ (long) working along the 21dEMA. $QUBT (np) fell out of a wedge but the 50d is not far below - keep it on the radar.

  • woodman: @limes141 $IONQ $AAPL - IONQ isn't in a BB squeeze by traditonal measures here at SMM, but I like to consider squeezes in the context of a stock's historical BB width, or as I usually put it: a "relative squeeze." I think that term applies here with IONQ. That said, there could be some short term resistance around $49 (call it $50 if you like round numbers).

I put on a pilot position as it was riding the 21 ema last week but thought of adding this am except I had to take my dog to ER this morning : ( Next up, is signing up for options mentor. Need to learn option as a hedge against my long position.

Looks like it's just coming out of a cup/handle. You seem like you're doing pretty good, limes141! Happy to have you here.

I may buy a starter. $RGTI is not one of my favorites of the group, but it looks like it's seting up as it gets into squeeze territory along the 50d. Volume has been low as it consolidates. Even though it's not one of my favs, it could be gearing up for a move.
