I run an Oracle database where I have created software routines to that look at the tickers to determine when they first came to market, right now I use 500 days for IPOs. I cannot give out certain information that I have like industry groups or tickers OHLCV because of data rights.

- mradams0621: $INSP For a LTH account this one only works if you got a good entry, which I did not, so it's been bouncing from red to green and red again from the get go. But if this level holds, I'm thinking it could be a candidate for channel trading. The weekly trend line holding at the 50 sma. Watching to see if someone will come out of their foxhole before I do. Dan mentioned he was considering investigating this therapy for sleep apnea. I think I recall him saying he had an appointment to consider if he was a good candidate. If he has made any comments lately, I must have missed it. Anyone have any personal experience with this technology they are willing to share? I may check it out also. The CPAP masks are a real pain to deal with, especially keeping it clean.

Large market for this device and United Healthcare(UNH) agreed to coverage. While no earnings yet, sales which are stable from quarter to quarter over the last 4, should accelerate next yr. About a third of sleep apnea patients are not satisfied with the classic CPAP so this technology should do well. No earnings report till early Nov. Would expect that more insurance carriers will work with INSP in the future. Any additional thoughts?
- steve71: @wineinquirer $INSP $RMD Coincidentally, Tuesday I had dinner with one of my med school roommates. He is a pulmonologist and has an endowed chair at a northeast med school. We were specifically discussing ResMed. His feeling was that none of the newer CPAP machines is clearly superior. But they all seem to be getting coverage and expanding market share. There's a lot more recognition of sleep apnea as a treatable problem, hence the growing demand. Resmed has a nice chart. Long.

- DAN: $INSP -- big intraday reversal on this. If you're looking for an entry, this is one of 'em. I didn't see it this morning at $60 b/c I was looking at some other stocks. But I should have bought when it crossed back above $62, which is the 50-day moving average. But I'm in now...with what I intend to be a longer term investment. Not making money, but revenue growth is about 68% per quarter, and that's pretty darned amazing.

- Sluggo: @shoredriver $INSP illiquid stocks are always a problem. It's hard for an institution to buy because you can see their footprints and getting in and out is at times problematic. Taking all that into consideration, it never bothers me as long as they perform. I am just Jethro and Ted's bait store.

But I did get a nice entry this morning at $59.77 as I remembered this was one you liked in the past. I set a buy stop just below the 50 DMA and it has been good to me. I have a trailing stop on half of my position as it has given me a quick 8.5 percent profit -so a rambling thank you. One of your admonition -keep former strong stocks on your radar screen. You are spot-on with the revenue growth-very impressive. I mentioned it earlier today as an attractive buy.

- DAN: @shoredriver $INSP You talking about daily trading volume? No, that doesn't concern me, though it's important to be aware of. But I'm never going to be in a stock that I would not be able to get out of b/c there wasn't enough liquidity. If the float and volume are really low, then any position I take would be very small. I've been trapped in stock and option trades before, where there was no one to take the other side of my position. That is a very very lonely place to be. You hear crickets. Sad.
