  • psa_gwiz: xel- I have noticed as well that utilities might be setting up for a trade but as someone else has said these are usually slow movers. A few utils have crossed the OS stochastic's indicator and moving up. $XEL, $SO, and $EIX are all bouncing off the 50EMA as well. Just caught my attention.
