- StockMarketMentor: Note that Dominos Pizza ($DPZ) is holding up after 3 consecutive days of giving back the breakout gains. The stock is sitting right at the 21-day moving average and halfway between the 6/3 breakout. If you've been considering a trade on this stock, this pullback might be an opportunity to start a position (or add a bit to an existing position) as long as you maintain a good risk plan. One way to do this is to keep a pretty tight stop on a new position -- just below today's intraday low of 510.53. With such a tight stop, the only way you'll sell is if today's little rebound is just a one-day thing and distribution continues. So it's a pretty low risk way to get into a good stock. Just spitballing, my friends. --Dan

- DrScience: $DPZ caught an upgrade this morning to Buy at BMO Capital. Traders liking price location, where $320 has been recent support in May and back in March 2021. Today, the stock is stalling at R2, just below the 8 EMA (337.25). I think $300 is a better price, and the earnings release, set for October 15 BMO, may give us the opportunity to grab a bigger slice. FYI Super Bowl LVII kicks off February 12, 2023.

Not surprisingly, a lot of energy stocks popped up. This one ($KMI) looks interesting to me; I haven't owned it for a while, but I had some success with it in the fairly distant past. It pays a roughly 7 percent divvie, and reported earnings back on Jan 20. All the best!
