- issues: The IBD group #35 is FINANCE-INVESTMENT MGMT GROUP includes; $MARA $BVH $FOCS $BX $SII $CNS $CG and $STEP. In this week's IBD 50 group are $STEP and $CG. We like and hold positions in $MARA and $BX (thank you Debeer, bRob, and others!). I am considering buying $SII $CG and $BVH. But I see the BO in $SPLP (also in the group).
- JosephM: $KKR..nice volume. Quality name. IBD 92 composite RS 89. The stock is still 17th in it's group behind $CNS #1. This must be a strong group. Group RS rating A.

$PHH is a spinoff from the old Cendant and breakup of IACI. It has two businesses - mortgage origination and fleet management. It had a deal (before the financial meltdown) to sell fleet management business to $ ... - loupoho: $CNS -- I like Kass' long call on this one. In nice uptrend; renewed investor interest in #REITs; down slightly today below top BB;a possible negative is that 200dma may provide overhead resistance at 15.94. Position -- now long.
- loupoho: $CNS seems to be working though (in my technically insufficient opinion) it may need to work through some overhead supply at about 30. My guess is that on a fundamental basis #REITs are perceived as a safe heaven and, while it is a financial services company, the REIT fund sales business is still pretty good. @Lou

- loupoho: $CNS Take a look at this one. I've been nibbling and it looks like it is poised for a breakout. I like the business to bounce back sharply. I know it is at a point of lots of resistance. But I'm betting most of that has been absorbed. @Lou
