This is a great interactive eater article. https://philly.eater.com/maps/best-italian-restaurants-philadelphia - I've eaten at Ralph's, The Victor Cafe, and Villa de Roma - though it's been some time - each of which is in South Philly/Italian Market area, and everyone from around Philly and the surrounding counties knows them. But any of the restaruants featured in the article will be Uber-able for you. I suspect they're all really good.

I already have positions in AI data center infrastructure equipment names that are doing well, $VRT $ALAB $ANET. As you are suggesting there is a need for consulting services to build these things, and recently found this one $WLDN running up the 8d, but haven't pulled the trigger (yet?) due to 50d average daily volume less than 300k, though it has been increasing. I went down the rabbit hole so you don't have to, and his top (free) buy/sell recommendations based on his Power Guage are...(drum roll please)... Buy $ANET, avoid $CGNX. Np either.
