Just wondering if we are loosing clickable tickers or is that only temporary? It is a very useful and time saving feature that I would hate to lose. The new web interface is great by the way. Thank you for all your hard work. -Jim
When you are logged in you can simply click on the center of the video and it will start playing. You can also click either of the arrows in the lower left corner under the video box. The one with two arrows is the fast version. If we can help you more specifically please email us at support@stockmarketmentor.com
For the last while (since OMM changes format) I have not been able to get the videos to play on my iPhone. Everything is good on my computer or iPad though. Anyone else with the same issue?
u can,t use the pause with the fast version & it takes up the whole page & I u can,t see the clickers. I don’t why u want to fix something that is not broken. as I said in earlier post, it sucks & i will not be renewing.
The website keeps telling me to log in and I do and it still wants me to log in.

We will iron out any issues with clickable tickers, fast and mobile videos in time for Monday’s videos.

I also can not view any videos on my iPhone, including the free chart. The play symbol has a slash through it.
Same issue, no video on mobile android
The videos are now playing on droids, etc. Sorry for the glitch on this but we are all set now 🙂

I have the same issue. Can’t view the videos on my iPhone either. Very frustrating.
