Regarding the GOOG bull call spread: why not a pivot trade? close the long position and keep the short call? (Provided of course that you owned 100 shares of GOOG).
Is that comment about rather selling front-month options because of the time decay correct? what about buying deep ITM options in lieu of trading the actual share? Their delta is very high.
