- DavidG: $XHB Sold $XHB @ 94.07 for 11.7 % profit. $LEN report strong earnings but margins were lower, as was case for other homebuilders. I think this one needs a rest. Might rebuy in the future.

Being in real estate I see the huge slowdown . Don’t listen to crooks on Tv talking their book . Trade the charts I know but look for sectors that eventually take it on the chin . Look at the $XHB chart . It’s due for a pullback biggly.

Being in real estate , things have slowed down considerably in my area . Ga . Ave Joe can’t afford a house at current interest rates . Wealthy are always ok as rates not as important. Cash buyers usually . Existing home owners don’t want to sell and upgrade from a 3-4 % rate to a 7-8% so they stay put . Lack of inventory is an issue this new construction the answer. Building cost are still way way higher than normal

Homebuilders have reversed completely. Bonds are going lower for the simple reason that inflation is not abating, and the Fed is not shifting its tightening policy. Remember...Mr. Magoo. So, there is no opposing force to halt the selling of bonds ... - traderbren: $XHB - holding above the 50d and the 20d. I think many folks (talking heads on the Box) were leaning short housing. NP
