Caitlyn's wife Kris was friends with Nichole. 6 degrees of separation.
- mharps: $TELL nice jump bottom fishing sometimes works !
- Docoof: $TELL Whooaaa!! Tellurian Plunges After Axing $1 Billion Bond for LNG Plant (Bloomberg) Tellurian Inc. withdrew a $1 billion high-yield bond sale, leaving the future of its US natural gas export project in limbo. The stock plunged more than 24%. Citing uncertainty in the junk-bond market, the Houston-based company halted the offering of senior secured notes and warrants on Monday. Tellurian had previously sweetened the deal to include a sky-high 12.5% all-in yield, friendlier terms for investors and collateral that included shale-gas fields.
- traderbren: $TELL - getting a bid on the intra-day.
- Docoof: $TELL Announces Public Offering of Senior Secured Notes August 29, 2022, 7:32 AM EDT HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tellurian Inc. today announced that it intends to offer and sell units consisting of 11.25% senior secured notes due 2027 ($1,000 principal amount per note) and warrants to purchase shares of Tellurian common stock in an underwritten public offering. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the size or terms of the offering.
- Docoof: @scottrades I’m thanking you here for getting me out of $TELL the minute I saw that pre-market offering. If you remember, this is exactly what you did after hours when $HUT announced its offering (summer 2021 I think). No questions, no thinking about it—just out. You posted your playbook for that event in the forum. Without that post and your subsequent comments on it, I would probably still be holding and hoping. Even if it rallies back, I’m glad I’m out. A big thank you to you!
- scottrades: @Docoof $TELL $HUT Love hearing that! Congrats on YOUR hard work. Thanks for being here with me along this journey.
- Docoof: @scottrades $TELL $HUT Thanks Scott. I found two of your various comments on it, and I think I stated your way of looking at it too rigidly. I’ll post them below so others can see. Thanks again. Can't predict this kinda stuff. I was small on the stock but basically giving back all remaining profits because of this. 2 Ways to manage it: Sell it now or wait to see how it shake out tomorrow. I'm likely going to sell now so I don't stress about it. 04:12 PM 09/14/2021 Followed by: “I’m out.” And then: Caught the price action out of the corner of my eye and dug into what was happening. Sucks, but can't control stuff like this. Just need to focus on risk. 04:41 PM 09/14/2021
- scottrades: @Docoof $TELL $HUT WOW! Those are some Throwbacks! :)

- Docoof: #LNG #LightningRound (8/25) Viewer Question: “… Should I speculate with some mad money on Tellurian?” Cramer: “I think Tellurian is terrific. It’s Charif Souki. It is obviously a speculative situation, but I would do it. You know why I would do it? Because Charif turned us on to all of this. He was the godfather of the industry. You hear about things like punt gods. I’m talking about liquefied natural gas gods.” Who is Charif Souki? Charif Souki co-founded $TELL and serves as Executive Chairman of the Board. He also founded $LNG in 1996 and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and President until December 2015. https://ir.tellurianinc.com/company-and-governance/board-of-directors

- Docoof: $TELL 12:03 PM Eastern Daylight Time — Tellurian today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tellurian Production LLC (TPC), has closed the previously announced acquisition of certain assets in the Haynesville from privately held EnSight IV Energy Partners, LLC and EnSight Haynesville Partners, LLC. The cash consideration at closing was $125.5 million, revised from the announced $125 million due to preliminary purchase price adjustments. The consideration was funded with cash on hand. https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20220817005616/en/Tellurian-Completes-Haynesville-Basin-Acquisition
- Boone.ruth: $TELL. Up 12% today.
- Docoof: @Boone.ruth $TELL Great day.
- Boone.ruth: @Docoof $TELL are you taking any partials here?
- Docoof: @Boone.ruth $TELL I am not, but I think I tend to hold positions without taking profits longer than most members. So I’m probably not the best member to judge whether or not to take profits.(Yesterday I took profits in $COCO after only a day or two, but that was because I don’t trust IPO’s.)
- Boone.ruth: @Docoof $TELL appreciate the feedback
- Boone.ruth: $TELL. Would love thoughts on this stock. Bought in at 3 but considering adding more
- Henry: @Boone.ruth $TELL You can download their July presentation here:https://ir.tellurianinc.com/ They say their output is already fully contracted. The problem is they won't be online until 2026.
- Docoof: @Boone.ruth $TELL For LNG/NatGas-related companies, I rely heavily on the BofA analysts and then make sure the chart isn’t a disaster. My cost basis is 3.60 (starter + 1 add) and I’m holding as long as there is no acute technical breach of any of the MAs, (standard and exponential), that will cause me to reduce or exit. I started my pos. on Aug 9, the day BofA published a research note that upgraded $TELL to buy (“Outlook ‘Refresh’ on NatGas Tailwinds: Upgrade to Buy”).
- Roadrunner: My electric company: " Earlier this year, we were forced to implement a rate increase after the price of natural gas used to generate power increased by 60 percent in 2021. Since January 1, the price of natural gas has increased by an additional 160 percent. The U.S. is now shipping record amounts of liquefied natural gas to Europe to help wean the continent off of Russian energy. This has resulted in a massive increase in demand for natural gas which has led to large price increases." They are proposing increasing our rates again by 18% and delaying capital projects so they don't have to raise rates by 50% like other electric companies in the area. $SRE $TELL $MRO $CTRA $WMB $PAA $KMI and others may be winners out of this - surely not the consumer.
- shoredriver: @Roadrunner $SRE $TELL $MRO $CTRA $WMB $PAA $KMI ....Just the beginning..........
- slp20: @Roadrunner $SRE $TELL $MRO $CTRA $WMB $PAA $KMI When Freeport pipeline comes back online gas will spike because they will be allowed to export LNG to Europe. Right now the commodity is being held here which caused the price to drop in June.

- scottrades: @Boone.ruth $TELL I like that's it's holding the 8EMA. These low dollars stocks can swing pretty wild so just watch your positions size and don't let it get way from you. Needs to soak up the selling from March 8.
- Boone.ruth: @scottrades $TELL can you explain more as to what you mean by “soak up the selling” From the 8
- Henry: #NatGas Souki $TELL said nat gas is selling at a historically high multiple compared to oil. The equivalent of 2.5 x price of oil
- Henry: @curlingskate $PYPL $PINS Thanks. Shariff Souki (first CEO of $LNG, then of $TELL and originally owner of the restaurant where OJ's wife left her sunglasses) strikes me the same way. He came thru on LNG, but he and the PYPL guy make me feel like I'm getting hussled.
- curlingskate: @Henry $PYPL $PINS $LNG $TELL Interesting that Cramer seems to be buying in on his BS...
- Pokersmith: @Henry $PYPL $PINS $LNG $TELL Watched it....I can definitely see what you mean. I don't understand why he would duck the PINS question like he did. Also sidestepped the monetizing Venmo question.🤔 Not a great interview, imho
- Yes-Man: $TELL Pulling back after squeeze breakout watching to add. Earnings out of way.
- Henry: $TELL Lost track of this one. Charif Souki's reiteration of $LNG. The bottom fell out of this stock in March and was trading sub $1. I think they must have run out of money but Souki claims it was virus fears that never actually affected global demand for Lng. They supposed to break ground for their gas processing this year. The chart shows it is the Accumulation Phase, but it's a $2 stock. I'm not a penny stock guy. Caveat emptor.

- issues: @bRobert $LNG $TELL is also nat gas!
- Henry: $TELL Stock has been going up all week on no news but an upgrade last week. Souki was on Mad Money last night and said they don't need China to sell their gas. If China puts a tariff on our gas, it will go somewhere else. They are seeking to be vertically integrated.

Henry: #OIL $TELL I'm having a hard time believing that we will be doing away with fossil fuels and everything will be battery powered, There is a report that Saudi's are interested in our shale oil and doing a deal with TELL
The talking heads told us Sa ... - di36464: @Henry $TELL #OIL There are many obstacles to mass use of evs. Charging is a major one. Very likely you need to add additional electric box in your home/garage to handle 60 - 100 amps. Figure $1k-2K for that. Often the power companies then need to upgrade the line from the house to the main line - you pay for that. Enough people on your block get evs, than the main line, transformers, etc need to be upgraded. Similar to when central air began to be retrofitted. Of course the power companies will need to produce more electricity. Think about people who can't park reliably by their home, say in urban town homes, high rises, apartment complexes, lots or garages. Where do they plug in?
- di36464: @di36464 $TELL #OIL companies that manufacture electric infrastructure may be a long-term play. GE?
- Henry: $TELL down on a secondary offering priced at $10
- Henry: $TELL has gone up 30% in a month and a half. A couple weeks ago they signed an agreement with Bechtel for $15 B lng plant. Souki makes stuff happen. I am long.
- Henry: $TELL $GE $TPIC Under the last days of Imelt, invested in a preferred issue of the predecessor of the Tellurian and Magellan partnership and are up 91% in 9 months. This is OLD news but is rehashed because some other moves in the GE portfolio were revealed today. TELL is up 13%
- Henry: @gmj $LNG $CQP They don't make it easy to understand their labyrinth of LLC's. They had a projection of their website of huge cash flows once they complete their nat gas trains. I don't understand what part of that might go to LNG shareholders vs CQP shareholders. The new pipeline (owned by another one of their LLC's) flows here:http://www.oilandgas360.com/cheniere-gets-commitments-from-devon-marathon-and-gulfport-for-its-stackscoop-to-gulf-coast-gas-pipeline/ SCOOP and STACK refer to areas in OK $TELL was founded by the founder of LNG but is at a very early stage. Last month they announced a secondary stock offering which the canceled the next day because of “Due to the current market environment and in the interest of achieving the best value for our stockholders"
- gmj: @Henry $LNG $CQP $TELL Thx for the in put
- Henry: $TELL Some announcements: ...Significant progress made on its proposed Driftwood LNG terminal and Driftwood pipeline (together the Driftwood Project ) during the first quarter of 2017. Notably, Tellurian: -- Issued 23% of its common stock to $TOT for $207 million , -- Received authorization to export LNG to free trade agreement countries, -- Submitted applications to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to construct and operate the Driftwood Project , and -- Engaged Société Générale as a financial advisor. Tellurian also reported a net loss of $141 million , or ($0.92) per share (basic and diluted), for the three months ended March 31, 2017 .
- Sher: @Henry $TELL - Are you in this, currently?
- Henry: @Sher $TELL Yes it's my put in the drawer stock and see what happens. They expect approval sometime in 2018. They have started marketing already. I don't know if $TOT gets a special deal or not. $LNG had no trouble getting long term contracts before they were operational. I would still say this is a high risk stock. Souki owns 27%
- Henry: $TELL Cramer pumped the Chairman of the Board last night. The recent low corresponded to the start of a four day LNG Conference in Japan called Gastech. They need a couple catalysts like a license to start construction.
- Henry: @maratom71 $CRRVF I did not see a relevant video to your pharm stock. However the politics of LNG was interesting. $TELL had a view that CA was not a significant competitor in terms of price. Sounds like the majority party are believers in global warming. Who can deny science, other that POTUS? You've heard about salt and science. it was bad for you right up until yesterday. https://www.nytimes.com/2017/05/08/health/salt-health-effects.html
- Henry: $TELL back from a trip to the Underworld. I put in a limit order at 10.77 when the ask was 10.77 and only got a partial fill. This is a highly speculative stock.
- spmeyers: @Henry $TELL 23% short sez Yahoo; volume improving; seems worth a try with tight stop
- Henry: @shoredriver $TST $TGT For completeness we need to add $TELL to the #worstcharts list
- issues: Looking at a possible buy in either $TELL or $CQP. I like the Frenchman with the deep voice who started $TELL (he was on Cramer and he's been right about the price of oil for years.) He always makes sense (maybe dollars) to me.
- Henry: @issues $TELL $CQP CQP pays a 6% dividend and the parent company LNG is exporting nat gas now. LNG has numerous wholely owned subsidiaries and I can't explain how they all interact. TELL is a business plan raising money. I posted about this the day after Souki was on Cramer. He is not a Frenchman. He was born in Egypt, raised in Lebanon and I'm sure he is a US citizen by now. For sure he is a good salesman. Nat gas liquificaton plants are called trains and they are incredibly expensive to build, as in billions. It is speculative play assuming that he can once again sign long term contracts before the trains are build and raise the billions required for construction. He did it before and shareholders were well rewarded in LNG
- issues: @Henry $TELL $CQP Thank you Henry. I really appreciate your info. Souki, that's him. You are so right! I will hold off on any buys right now. Thank you! You sure have good info did you work in that industry? or as a financial analyst?

- Bridget: $TELL is back above the close from yesterday. @Henry was pounding the table on this one yesterday.
- debeers: @Bridget $TELL -Henry, as usual, was right. The president of Tell has made $$$ for everyone for whom he has ever worked. I want it a little cheaper because that's the kind of person i am but long term--solid and valuable. Just like Henry!
- Henry: $TELL Last night I remembered I had the same theory about Floyd Wilson's success who founded and sold several successful oil companies, like Petrohawk. I followed him into Halcon Resources and that company went bankrupt. Maybe success isn't so certain with Mr Souki, Caveat Emptor. The stock is above yesterdays close and will be an inside day unless traders go insane today. I am still long.
- Henry: @debeers $TELL Thanks DeBeers but I am not quite so sanguine today. See my other post
- phgruver: @Henry $TELL ...that's why I bought into Sandridge Energy, and the company went bankrupt, but management still made millions..... It's your money they are playing with.
- debeers: $TELL-a friendship and a stock, is never about what happens in a day, Henry. it is about worth for a long time.
- debeers: @Henry $TELL --here's what I see: it doesn't matter if nat gas price goes down here--and with all the fracking it should. It is about global demand and global demand is going up in the emerging markets.
- RedLeaf1: @Henry $TELL Same thing happened to me with Halcon: I followed Floyd Wilson on the theory that he can successfully repeat the PetroHawk formula, and lost $$. But I am still considering investing in $TELL. Wilson and Souki are different people and Souki is still an early mover/innovator in the exporting of nat gas.
- TunaHelper: @Bridget $TELL I zipped through the MM interview the other day, and one thing that struck me as pretty important was their rather large future capital needs. Souki seemed dismissive of it being a really big deal, but was also a bit light on the details (other than saying his / his people's track record, etc would enable capital to be readily available - which could be true). So, among the other risks mentioned, is their future capital needs/structure. I have to admit it is intriguing, but also feels like the public is playing the role of venture investor in a budding opportunity. Souki feels a bit Elon Musk-y to me. I plan to put a small amount of $$$ into them, but will wait for the hype of the MM interview to subside and/or a modest pullback before jumping into it.
- debeers: @TunaHelper $TELL --Well then here's the strategy as i see it: small position until the secondary comes. It will be lightening fast that it will be snnapped up: it should take 120 seconds and if you don't have something there. you'll miss it.
- TunaHelper: @debeers $TELL Yes, I think taking a small position sometime in a week or so when all the fuss is over is the right move. They may not do a secondary, and opt for debt. I recall in the MM interview (though admit my memory is failing a bit on the interview), that Souki mentioned that he had two strategic investors or customers that were willing to invest. Maybe he'll think of something creative with them. But yes, agree, a small nibble position soon makes sense as a spec.

- Henry: $TELL Cramer was pumping Souki's (formerly of LNG, formerly of Metzaluna) new stock. it does meet Dan's IPO strategy. He's going to build another Cheniere. The guy made me money before, but there is something about him that makes the hair stand up on my neck.
- Henry: $TELL This thing went to 15.32 and sat for 20 minutes trading up or down in a .07 range then edit, actually it pulled back to the hi 14's and then took off to 16.73 We have not heard the last from Mr Souki
- Henry: $TELL No interest? You guys are hurting my feelings :-( It tacked on another $1.25 TC2000 shows a much longer trading history than TDA It was a probably a pink sheet stock. http://tinyurl.com/hcjc3ow
- Bridget: @Henry $TELL I put it in my list of IPO stocks to watch. But it has run up a little too fast for me to get on board here. Will wait for it to cool down and then look for an entry. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
- Henry: @Bridget $TELL I bought it after my first post, thought about editing that post and decided I didn't want to suck people into a risky trade. Sold 1/2 when it stalled around 16.8 and bought 1/4 when it cleared 17 and I have a stop on that at 18.19 LNG was a Wall St darling back when they were raising money(debt) and paying Souki 300mil/yr They (LNG) reports on the 28th and they are still not making a profit.

It could also be a sustainable DRYS. Souki did raise billions of dollars for LNG, there is no reason why he won't be able to do it for TELL. LNG Has close to 20 billion dollars of debt and only 2 of the 11 liquification trains are on line. The have beat rev estimates substantially the last 2 months so it will be interesting to see what they say on 2/28 I found this chart of their earnings. TELL probably won't have real profits in my lifetime unless I make it to 99 like my grandmother.
