  • woodman: $RKLB - keep watch as it tests top of the wedge (top line drawn from 7/17 and bottom line drawn from 8/20 recently but with extension all the way back to 4/7). Yesterday was decent volume.

  • woodman: $RKLB - up through top of the wedge I mentioned this morning. Strong volume.

  • woodman: $BKSY - with $RKLB moving out of its wedge consolidation, I'm looking for a potential further move in $BKSY - which also is having a good day - above the 50d. It's knocking on the ceiling. That said, RKLB is now testing (just eeking through) horizontal resistance (7/17 high). So, we'll see if it can up through that hurdle. Long RKLB; np in BKSY currently.

  • ScottL: $RKLB - Added at 42.50. Looks to be forming a cup and handle on the daily. 42.50 was the bottom of the cup. At least that is my theory. I had a buy set at that level for several weeks.

  • woodman: $SATS $VSAT - the rockets/space/statellite stocks have been burning up on re-etry or still in flames on the pad, but SATS is still working well. VSAT has been good, too, as it now tries to hold a drift/pullback to the 20d. (see also $RKLB which needs to hold the 50d after making a lower high on 8/26.)

  • Boogie: Space ETF $UFO up 7.5%. It's top holdings are $SATS up 75%(selling spectrum licenses) , $VSAT, $RKLB, $ASTS. Buying the breakout in $VSAT. $PL working nice too.

  • woodman: $RKLB was holding the 21dEMA before, and has continued to hold it following, reporting last week. BBs are narrow relative to historical BB width, and the 50d is rising toward price. Volume was light going into earnings, but strong on Friday (the first trading day after reporting) and is pretty strong today as well. Seems worth watching as perhaps it's gearing up for another move higher soon.

Needs to decisively bust into the $13s and not look back (good room to move higher if it does).

Think about this, we consider the QQQs to be the pinnacle of technology stocks, yet they practically look like the healthcare stocks relative to the S&P when compared to BUZZ. So what is in BUZZ? The top five holdings are: Rocket Lab ($RKLB) , Coinbase ($COIN) , SoFi ($SOFI) , AST SpaceMobile ($ASTS) , and Robinhood ($HOOD) . Just buy at support and let it do its thing. Many stocks in this mold oover the last few months. Let what's working keep working. RKLB - same. For RKLB, it's another all time high.

Besides $RKLB $BKSY $ASTS and $RDW in this group, there are a couple others worth watching that aren't mentioned much/at all around here. $PL has been a strong performer. $LUNR is consolidating along the rising 50d and just below the 200d. I have no position in LUNR, but want to keep an eye on it.

  • jbvanmeter: I did a quick day trade on $RKLB, but I missed $ASTS - both up probably on Space-X concerns. They've pulled back and are going sideways for now. I'm not ready to bet yet they will continue to climb.

Let's go to Mars and let the Bromance continue. $PL The satellite imaging company surged more than 50% on Thursday, catching a tailwind from solid quarterly results. In the first quarter, Planet Labs posted breakeven adjusted earnings per share on revenue of $66.3 million. Analysts polled by FactSet sought a loss of 4 cents per share on revenue of $62.3 million.

  • woodman: Rocket/Satellite/Space companies - $LUNR has moved above the 200d out of a base (and filled a small gap from back in March) following its earnings report yesterday bmo. $RKLB seems on the verge of a move, but still grinding (it reported 5/8). $BKSY made a big move through the 200d (also a gap fill from March) after reporting 5/8 and is now inch-worming higher. Some others in industry include $SPCE $RDW $ASTS. I am long a small position in $RKLB, and I like the looks of $LUNR and $BKSY but do not have a position in them yet.
