- champ: On the $SPY...Check-out the Chart in 2017 and 2018....and it looks like the Markets are going to keep setting new highs again........ .....could keep climbing all the way into 2026 and beyond......as long as all the new Investors keep building all of those new-Plants ......and Investing $$$$ into all the Tech sectors.......into $ORCL and all of those other tech stocks..... ......plus it going to take another 9 to 12 months before all of those new Plants come-on-line. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ .....What is going on... is really amazing, to see all of those Businessmen and Women, investing all of those new $$$$ into the U.S.. And that's exactly the reasons why...... I'm going to try, to continue to hold all of my ETF positions into 2026, as long as they continue to work..........and up to Now, I have been trading my ETF positions but hopefully Now.....I will be able to continue to swing my ETF's.

Oracle now sees cloud infrastructure revenue climbing to $144 billion over the next four years, up from $18 billion this fiscal year.

The consternation that they now cloak the US in by jawboning for months, keeping everyone on edge is ridiculous. By the way... I feel your pain of fire risk. We have lived in the Sierra foothills south of Hiway 50, same spot, for 42 years. It now takes me a month in spring, and a month in fall to keep our acreage with trimmed trees up 10 feet, the ground weed wacked, and my iPhone "Watch Duty" app primed for fire alerts. All the best Dan... fires like you have where you are, well, suck. Very stressful... hang in there... but be ready to leave if your gut tells you to.

The Davis Fire, named after the creek where it started, a recreational area from which I do a lot of hiking along Ophir Creek up to Mt. Rose, scene of the Slide Mountain landslide in the 80's.
