- StockMarketMentor: Watch the Homies. Mortgage rates are the lowest they've been in a while, and we've got a Fed meeting coming up. In light of the employment numbers, I think it's actually a possibility that the Fed will cut .50bps. Since the labor market is now obviously deteriorating, I suspect that Powell will want to be accused of being only a little too late rather than a lot too late. I'd be watching stocks like $XHB $NAIL $DJUSHB $LEN $DHI $PHM $TOL etc. They are moving nicely -- a bit extended to warrant buying right here b/c many are bumping up against their recent highs. But I do think they are going higher. Just musing. Dan -Dan

ADP Payroll report was this morning .......... Job Claims will be of Thursday.......... That huge Payroll Report will be on Friday morning....... ....These reports will also be Setting up the Feds for a Rate cut....... - Henry: @Student777 $NAIL $LEN The only place to put a stop on LEN would be below today's low. Lower interest rates should help the housing market. I don't do 3x etf's but it looks like NAIL is a breakout.
- Onthemark: Picked up some more $NAIL under $75
- StockMarketMentor: $HOV reported earnings this morning and the stock is down 7.67% at 137.54 -- below the 139.25 suggested stop area. The stock gapped up at the open to $152 on light volume and then went south. It's rebounding a bit now and back to $139. The company cited uncertainty across global, political and economic fronts that is weighing on consumer sentiment. Their revenue increased, but earnings fell dramatically -- $1.99/share vs. $9.75 a year earlier. That's a big deal. This is now off the list. Beware the other homebuilding stocks. To manage risk, I'm taking all of them off the list -- $NAIL $XHB $LEN (And $HOV). In a very uncertain environment, it's best to stand aside than ride it down. Remember: Risk first! --Dan

It moves a lot) $XHB Basis: 110.94 Stop: 103.75 This is more of a "sector" trade and focuses on the best technical patterns. --Dan

$WOR -- Great pop. High CLV. Slightly low volume. We need this to p ick up.
$OKLO -- new scalp on earnings reversal. Bu ... - Onthemark: $NAIL, Champ, that 5,000 shares of $NAIL looking pretty good today. I'm working my way to building up to that amount. Based on the descending 200dma stock should be able to get near 78 until hitting the "speedbump", then it's cleared for takeoff.

- champ: $NAIL $SSO $TQQQ $TNA $HOV $EXP, the News now is, that the Feds are going to cut Interest Rates for sure now, at their next FOMC meeting and the Markets are always #forward-looking and that will give investors time to make a lot of nice profits, time is on the side of Investors now........ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ....Hold and Build because nice Set-ups like this.... only happens a few times a year......... ....don't be a Watcher, #be-an-Investor.

It is starting to look like interest-rates will be dropping, ....always have to plan for all the...... Wha ... - champ: $SPY $SSO $SPXL $TQQQ $TNA $NAIL....it is kind of hard, not to be able to make Profits in the Markets.... because all we have to do, is wait for the #U-turns, on the charts....and that's pretty easy. .....For all of us Forum members.... because that's exactly why we are all here, because we are only here, to learn how to make these huge Profits. ~~~~~~~~~~~ ....So don't let yourself, get distracted, by our Trump haters.
