In many states it is legal, but federally still a schedule 1 drug. Schedule 1 drugs are drugs that can have a high level of abuse.

I have a small position to keep track. Fundamentally looking pretty decent with revenue and profit growth. One worth checking out.

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. It will concentrate at least 25% of its investments in the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology & life sciences industry group within the health care sector. The fund is non-diversified.
