- Carpe_Diem: $MP $ALB $IDR $USAR $UUUU $CCJ etc. - Volume is above Avg. going into the close on several Rare Earth plays that I follow. I believe that Scott B said that a deal will be done by Thanksgiving. I personally doubt the deal will last past Chinese New Years.

MP is the largest rare earth producer in the Western Hemisphere (per GSe), with a primary focus on neodymium-praseodymium (NdPr) oxide, which is a key component for making permanent (NdFeB) magnets used in electronics, EVs, defense systems and more, which are critical to key components of US manufacturing. We believe MP’s downstream expansion into refining and magnet production, accelerated by a partnership with the US government, will strategically position MP as a key supply chain component for rare earth refining and magnet production, of which China-based producers/refiners control 90-95% (per EIA, as of 2024). As a result, we expect significant revenue and EBITDA growth, while vertical integration unlocks margin upside."

- DavidK: $MP - CEO was on CNBC just now . I’m back in this for the long haul . Impressive outlook . Govt backing . Must execute .

- DavidK: @ZMan2 $MP CEO was on this am . I picked up some . This should fly until they have to finally show real earnings which could be 2 yrs . So I think it goes to new highs maybe 6 months or before just on the story/ hype .

- woodman: @DavidK $MP $SLI $VLTLF - VLTLF is identified as being way ahead of SLI in terms of "real-world" execution - i.e. far ahead in terms of extracting and refining lithium from brine at commercial scale now (rather than 2-3 years from now).

I like VLTLF for potential big move on coming milestone news and proximity to large-scale commercialization which could happen very soon - this year or 1Q26.

Haven’t swung a club in 4 weeks since I played in a scramble charity.only played 4 times since April due to the back / pinched nerves issue . Jan 14 going to have the ablation on the nerves . Back Dr told me he couldn’t help . Let the pain Dr burn those nerves . It’s been better last few months but still a 4-5 on pain level when it was 7-8 .

The stock has cratered since bs China 1 yr rare earth deal which to me means very little long term . Only a band aid . - DavidK: $UAMY- just listened to an interview and agree 💯that USA govt is going to have to develop some type of program to promote rare earth mining here . China will continue to use this as a huge negotiating chip against USA . Trumps meeting only got a 1 yr guarantee ( 😂, China guarantee 😂) not to stop shipping rare earth . I am back in $UAMY . Company issued shares at 10.50 a few weeks ago/ month ago to specific investor. These companies have taken a hit after a huge run up . $MP, $USAR are a few of the others .
- woodman: @DavidK $UAMY $MP $USAR - Thacker Pass for lithium primarily but many other rare earths there too. Huge deposits If it gets off the ground. Production costs will be enourmous, but everyone wants lithium. But I'm also researching a potentially exciting very small company (pink list stock) involved with lithium recovery. Big potential reward, but of course big risk as well. I'll report on it at another time.
