  • Bert953: @Daledberry $MSTR I havent traded this in awhile as its been up and down so I kept getting shaken out. Its been printing lower lows and the last 5 days have been in an uptrend off the lows. It seems to be finding resistance at the 50dMA. Per Scott, Q4 is seasonally strong for bitcoin and $IBIT is up nicely over the last few days. For fun, I threw an Ichimoku cloud on the chart and see that price is below the cloud, which is a weaker indication. Im just watching from the safety of the sidelines.

  • romanalexk: @cat.moleiro I think a lot of us are in the crypto ETFs and related stocks $ETHA, $IBIT, $MSTR, $BMNR, etc... I am not selling any at least in this reaction. If you still want to adhere to your stop loss, you should wait for the market to open, then use the low of the day as your stop loss. There is more to it but I think that you get the idea. After hours or pre-market trading is very thin and volatile.

To be fair, the bounce off the bottom (200dma) in April was pretty good as well, but I didn't participate in that. My focus, lately, has been on $IBIT, which trades more in sync with Bitcoin. Right now, it's resting on the 50dma, which could signal a short term bounce, especially if the Fed continues to be stubborn on rates....
