- champ: @champ $NAIL $SSO $TNA $TQQQ .....these nice size swings are working nicely this morning.....and also $EXP $OC $LGIH HOV $LEN $BLDR $HRI $KNF.....I added back $BLDR $HOV and $LEN on the close yesterday........been posting all of my moves.......... .....plus I'm also holding these swings $OPEN $ELF............ plus a few other long-term Investment positions. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ...This is a recap of what I have been posting on and doing........ plus I will be adding to a few of these positions......... .............Watch for Entries, on everything that is working.............

It is starting to look like interest-rates will be dropping, ....always have to plan for all the...... Wha ... - champ: $EXP....now at $230, had a real nice ER-report and is on its way back to...$321. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ....I'm holding this Investment positions into 2026. ....This stock has 5 #great-divisions, thru-out the U.S....... Cement, Concrete, Aggregates, plus 5 huge Gypsum Wallboard plants for construction and a Recycled Paperboard division....they are out of Dallas, TX . .....For......Foundations, Roads and H-ways, Bridges, Housing, for both heavy and light construction............. .....Great Infrastructure stock and their Bag-Cement is in all the do it yourself stores, like $HD and $LOW. ~~~~This is a great stock to Hold.......... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ .......Be an Investor, Think like an Investor......... ...Check-out these Texans and you will be surprised at how smart they are. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It’s becoming obvious even to th Trump haters on the business channels that rates should have already been dropped . $LGIH trades future earnings at a pe 15-30 % below other builders . Entry level builder so they should be in th sweet spot if economy takes off and rates drop .

Ave price target on street is 94 per the article . ( STOCK STORY - I belong to their site ) next earnings report big and also guidance . They have an increase in backlog but actual homes built last report went down. Indicates they can’t find the help to produce or something else contributed.

- champ: @bigbartabs ....This Yo-Yoing Market, is for mostly for #Stock-pickers.......and for me, #Low-risk stocks will also be rewarding.....soon....... .... and holding stocks that are Breaking-out also work ...but with much higher zig-zag Risk....... .....Low Risk #quility stocks, that are seasonal, that are zig-zagging around their lows, will also be rewarding for investors.........like stocks that are in the #Construction-sector, that are just Now going into their best quarters of the year for them........ ......stocks like..... $EXP $BLDR $KNF $LGIH and many others. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ......and as we all know #Entry-timings are the only thing that counts...... however working Capital, is also very important.

....they own Cement-plants,........
.....plus they also own over 25 Ready-Mix Concrete-plants, for all C ... - champ: @Dale $EXP......This is a #Traiff-free stock, that has a #lot-of-room to move back-up to their YTDHigh, which was at $320, in November, stocks in this sector got hit with bad weather this year., that more or less shut down all the repair-work that is needed .......... .....and now all of those states, are going to have to Catch-up with all the repair work that is needed, from those....Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Floods and those winter cold months. .....This stock is a #Strong-But and I expect that we will start to see many new Upgrades, starting soon. - champ: @mopick $VMC #Top-Pick #U-turn, .....I like $VMC....but IMO, $EXP will out perform $VMC by #triple, with less $$$$.....and I remember that I posted to you before about these type of stocks before..........and I have $EXP parked right next to $VMC $MLM $ROAD $GVA $KNF and I have help positions in all of these stocks, so I know these type of stocks very well.......and I also was active in $SUM before a company bought them....... ....don't know if you remember about our posts but I do........only because I'm full-time, and this is my only Full-time job, that I work 8 to 10 hours a day, everyday.....so I have a great memory when it comes to stocks, that I was active in, however I forget dates. - champ: $ROAD $GVA $KNF $CMC $EXP.....I'm holding = $$$ in these 5 swing-Investment positions.....these are in the Construction-sector....Roads, Highways, Bridges, Steel....... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ......and $EXP is a really diversified company, because they have these divisions,....... 8-Cement plants, 5-Aggregates plants, 5-Gypsum-Wallboard plants and a Recycled Paperboard segment, plus 25-Ready-Mix Concrete-batch plants and 1 slag grinding facility...they have 70 facilities across the United States. ....Could check-out these 5 Stock-ideas. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

- champ: @billyzeke $TQQQ $ATGE ....On $TQQQ, I picked-up 400 shares at $43.66, going into the close and I took profits on those 400 shares at $45.40 and I'm still swinging the 100 shares that got early today at $44.90. .....I hear you and I don't trust the Markets either but I'm expecting a bounce, at some point, maybe soon and on my positions, I have nice entries, off of those low today. ...What Powell said today, was old News because he said the exact same thing before and that flush lower today, gave me some real nice entries, that I was waiting for, on a few Bounce-trades, on these stocks, $NFLX $COIN $KNF $EXP $NCLH, so I'm going to see what happens tomorrow. - DavidK: @champ $EXP #every yea I took a look at company . Market seems to be predicting a recession by the way some stocks are trading . It was long over due for those bloated overvalued tech stocks to get sold off but some of these non related tech stocks are getting sold as well . I dipped toe in $CLF today . Probably not the best one to buy as they have been laying off people but are a USA based steel company and on the chart it’s getting close to Covid lows .

- champ: $EXP...$230...this is #Eagle-Materials....and they manufacture and distribute heavy #construction materials and also light Building materials in the U.S........ .....this company is really #diversitied, because....... ....they owns 25 Ready-mix-#concreate-plants...... plus,...they also own 30 #cement-plants, they sells Bags of-Cement, to retailers like $HD and $LOD...... .....plus they also own, 5 Gypsum-Wallboard plants and a Recycled Paperboard mill....... .....plus they also own 70 Aggregates facilities across the United States, like $MLM and $VMC....... ~~~These guys are out of Dallas, TX....... this is a Strong-buy, for sure, because Build Baby Build is just Now starting. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ .....This is a Buy and Hold and Build, Investment position. This is and has always been a Great low-volume stock and I did get back-in.
