- phgruver: Former ATL member $AMPS reported their 3rd quarter earnings before the bell, this morning. On the surface, it looks like a pretty decent report. Revenues was $30.4M, a 51% increase YOY, however, their overall GAAP net loss was $96.6M, vs. a loss of ...
- phgruver: Well, $AMPS managed to sabotage their own stock by announcing a 7M share secondary at a below market price of $11.50. Guess where the price is now? The float is about 155M shares, so another 7M isn't that big a deal, but offering the secondary at a 20% discount ... hurts! I didn't bail when I could, so now I'm 10% underwater. We'll just have to watch this for a couple of days. The company is in a good sector....
- indigo1948: $AMPS - closed my position as it is stretched above the top Bollinger Band and more important, had a 21% profit which is hard to ignore in this market.
