DAN: Good morning. Futures are pretty flat this morning. Frankly, I don't see any market news that merits spending time and cyber-ink to write about. But I do have a couple of things to say:

- DAN: Futures are down a bit this morning. Remember, the S&P and many stocks are still in trading ranges. By definition, a trading range means that resistance is holding and forming the top of the range, and support is holding and forming the bottom ...

I just looked at my notes and I actually don't understand what I was thinking. Yes, the trade was stopped out -- I am wrong. With that said, I'm going to leave it as an active trade -- at least for today. I'll address it tonight and then close it down. This is NOT a trade that you want to take now. DAN: As I suspected, today is a stabilization day in the stock market. I anticipate more stabilization tomorrow. I'm not sure that we'd see any catalyst for a big rally off the bottom though. I suspect that we'll just ease into the weekend.
