Mr. Cooper Group Inc. provides servicing, origination and transaction-based services related to single family residences throughout the United States. The Company is also a home loan servicer and originator in the country focused on delivering a variety of servicing and lending products, services and technologies. The Company's Servicing segment performs operational activities on behalf of investors or owners of the underlying mortgages and mortgage servicing rights, including collecting and disbursing borrower payments, investor reporting, customer service, modifying loans.
