- issues: I can see rotation out of financials and am thinking of shorting some of them. I am wondering what they are rotating into. Consumer staples, metals, oils... Dana's Hogs... As look for clues as to where the big money is going I look at the IBD 50. Here's what I see in this weeks list. The following financials are in this weeks IBD 50: $BOFI $CFG $FRC $GS $HOMB $MBFI $MS $OZRK $SCHW $SIVB $STL $WAL. As you look at these charts you can see most are dropping. At some point they will be good buys. How low before that? Wait to see the green day, ok? The new additions in this weeks IBD 50 include $ALGN $CRTO $FCB $FRC $MCHP $MIDD $MXL (Gone are $EWBC $FFIV $LOGM $LOPE $URI $UVE). That's my research for today.

$UVE – Steady EPS/Rev growth. Just a steep stock.
$NFX -- consider $WLL. - Wolf: $UVE Some high volume selling this morning, but I can't find any bad news. Broke below the 20DMA. Maybe the hurricane in the Caribbean.

- issues: @Wolf $UVE This one has been a real test of my tenacity. Bought it at $27 watched with horror as it collapsed to $16.50, then got palpating as it started up only to crash again and again. But through it all, I held tight! I must be a masochist *Def, "A person who is gratified by pain, degradation, etc., that is self-imposed or imposed by $UVE." I am doing the same with $NAT. I'm really thinking of selling but Champ may have something with his post below.

Looking over the two groups in IBD Group 67 includes $TGT $COST $SHOS $WMMVY (WalMart Mexico=low vol) The other industry group was group 194 included: $JWN $KSS $DDS $M $JCP $SRSC (Sears Canada- low volume) The two with the best charts are $SRSC and $WMMVY but both have such low volume its scary. We like to shop for the wife's shoes at $JWN. They are always busy at the mall around this time of year. So we bought a starter kit for $JWN stock. Anybody else in the Christmas spirit? Oh I almost forgot, we bought $UVE on sale.

They have bills to pay too, and bigger ones than ours. Insiders sell for all kinds of reasons. Often their sales are pursuant to a pre-defined 10b5-1 selling plan.
