Sold $PPTA remnants after it lost 8d. I had added to $RTX pre-E on its anti-drone pulse laser tech, big beat and raise and sold my add but kept the core.

Many home buyers are opting for adjustable rates mortgages betting that short rates in a year or two will be lower. The 10 year back in sept 2024 did get to 3.65%. Since the summer of 2023 the 10 yr has come down from close to 5 % to now 4%.
