- champ: $TQQQ $SSO....the futures were all up, which is working nicely for all of my swings..... .....and my guess is with the #FOMC on Wednesday, the Markets should get a real nice Pre-move, plus with the expected #China-trade-Tariff-deal to be agreed on, that should also help, before and after Wednesdays Pre-move. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ....Looks like the Markets has a real #Strong-Setup, for the week, however might have some Powell's zig-zags on Wednesday.
- champ: $TQQQ and $SSO, I'm still holding both and building on $TQQQ....... the Markets are strong, so I added a $SPXL positions this morning and I'm swinging that new position. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ....I'm Building, going into the FOMC Rate Decision day.....and also because the News-flow is saying that a #China-Tariff-Trade-Deal is pending, so I'm adding more $$$$ into the Markets. And any positions that turn Red or are starting to drop, I take profits, right away, because I'm Not going to hold any Hope-trades, in a strong Market, that is working, so I just move onto the Next-trade.... ....Right or Wrong.....this is How I have been working. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ .....My YTD profits are climbing, so I'm adding more risk into the Markets....for Short-term and maybe also for Long-term. ....For now.....its looks like the risk is, Not having enough $$$$ in the Markets.

- champ: $SPY $TQQQ $ARKQ $SPXL $SSO $SPXL ...Great-day, #Risk-on and the tech sector had a great close and closed on HOD........ .....as a Stock-picker, it almost seems, that it is hard Not to be able to make profits in the Markets......at least in a Weekly market. ....Mistakes always happen, however for me, in this type of a #strong market, I can always adjust and turn my daily profits around pretty fast, at least to the flat-line....... .....however we never know what tomorrow will bring. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ..... I still remain a #cautious-Bull.......

If it closes near here... should be another strong day tomorrow after investors look at their accounts after the close, with new highs and record closes.

- bigbartabs: @champ $SPY $SSO $SPXL $TQQQ ... yep, I've been doing the same thing... running up index 3x size during market hours, then scaling down taking profits near the close... making a call as to how much I leave in over night. Not much more one can do, other than get good at guessing how much to leave exposed into the next day. Have to be conservative going overnight with 3x ETFs.
- scottrades: If you're looking for general market exposure with a little leverage, consider $SSO. Stop under yesterday's low. (107.85)

and at these high Market levels, any close that is p ... - champ: @champ $NAIL $SSO $TNA $TQQQ .....these nice size swings are working nicely this morning.....and also $EXP $OC $LGIH HOV $LEN $BLDR $HRI $KNF.....I added back $BLDR $HOV and $LEN on the close yesterday........been posting all of my moves.......... .....plus I'm also holding these swings $OPEN $ELF............ plus a few other long-term Investment positions. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ...This is a recap of what I have been posting on and doing........ plus I will be adding to a few of these positions......... .............Watch for Entries, on everything that is working.............

- champ: $SPY $SSO $SPXL $TQQQ $TNA $NAIL ....look for a possible #reversal to the #upside, maybe even before the End of the Day. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Buy low and then sell at higher prices.......... .....however some like to Buy high and then sell at even higher prices....... and many like to do #both........ .....and that's called, #Buy-and-Build......... for the long-term Investors. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ....New Home Sales numbers for the month of July, beat by 27,000 this morning and June's numbers were also raised by 19,000 this morning........... ....On Thursday....Pending Home Sales numbers will be reported............ plus Job Claims......... ....then on Friday, the PCE report for July, those numbers will be released. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ .....That's the #profit-Set-ups for this week........ and many had Entry-timings, right before the close, on Thursday, 8/21. .....and many others had Entries on Friday. ........Investors always #Pre-plan, for their Set-ups............ Smart-money. ......Many know what is currently going on, however many others don't.

- champ: @bigbartabs $SSO $TQQQ ....Yes but today is different than yesterday.....because yesterday the $SPY fell all the way back to around Tuesday LOD and today for now, it is holding at around yesterdays HOD.......and is still up 0.93% and it is still early, could even move back up to that February high at $600 and the YTDH was at $613.23, might even hit that next week, we will see how the Markets close today....... .....and the $TQQQ is now trying to move back-up to its HOD. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ .....The Markets might even close on their HOD's today, because the Tariff News flow is position today, from yesterdays News....and today South Korea has positive new Tariff News.....so the close is in play today. - champ: $SSO $TQQQ ....as long as the #News-flow remain positive, the Market will keep zig-zagging higher off of that new News. ....Yesterday News was about China's Tariff talks are starting-back-up again. ....Todays News as we all know was positive, because the Payroll Job numbers were reported for the month of May........ .... and South Korea in coming to the U.S., for Trade-talks. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ....IMO we are now in a Bull-Market and have been since April 7th. However the Markets will continue to zig-zag off of the daily News-flow and it always has and always will. ....And for sure, #Traders will continue to zig-zag the Markets, just like they always have and they always will. ....And for Now, #Investors are continuing to move the Markets-up. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ....#Stock-pickers are at work and we are picking-up stocks, off of the #Charts.

June kicked off with some slight gains for the major indices. Dan mentioned he saw the market coiling a bit here and I see that as well. I sent out a post in the SMM Forum for anyone looking for general market exposure to consider positions in $SPY, ... - champ: $SPY...$SSO $TQQQ ....strong Market and I'm looking at my positions and I can't find anything to take profits on....and all I keep thinking is, I keep thinking that I should add to all of my positions. .....so I'm still a happy swinger, however I did take profits earlier today on $NNE and $OLLI .

- champ: $SSO $TQQQ $SOXL $FXI $KWEB, these are my ETF swings....and they have been more or less flat , after the open....I forgot that I was holding 400 shares of $SOXL, so that was a nice surprise for me this morning. ....Watch for possible Entries, at some point, for Investment swing positions and these ETF, they cover just about everything that is going on in the Markets.....and I should have held onto $UDOW but I didn't.
- bigbartabs: @champ $SSO $TQQQ $SOXL $FXI $KWEB $UDOW ... we all should have held on, except for the fact that the charts were extended, and were looking like more resistance than support at Friday's close. At least they did to me. I think a lot of good traders were surprised this morning, and were scrambling at the open... and even pre-market. I was one of them.
