- joelsg1: $TSLA Haven't seen this reported wide but Monday a Tesla Semi crashed and burned on the 80 in No. Cal near Emigrant Gap closing the highway for hours as the battery burned itself out. No bueno. Sold a few more Dec. $280 covered calls.

- joelsg1: $TSLA Did its typical post-E dive more than the implied move, usually recovers within a week but not much revealed on subdued call except new robotaxi reveal date 10/10, general progress on all initiatives, Mexico on hold due to political tariff uncertainty and they will be emphasizing home-grown chips because $NVDA's too expensive (easier said than done). They actually would've beat consensus eps but for more than anticipated severance costs for last Q layoffs. I sold alot of upside calls pre-E which look good today. Possible support at $212.50 which is 50d ema and $205 200d sma.

I have sold way under the market lt puts as an income producing hedge, like a ton $TSLA $75s when stock was much higher than strike which finally expired last month, but your comments and strategy provide good food for thought and much appreciated. - DAN: $TSLA continues to crush the short sellers. Fun to watch. Profitable to trade.
- joelsg1: $TSLA $NVDA The teeter-totter continues as posted last week, but now it's intraday and even on the 10 min. Always amazes me that when the Street (i.e. programmed bots) find a pattern they pile in until it don't work no more. BTW, remember when $NIO was supposed to be the $TSLA killer? Not so much and their CFO resigned abruptly today.

- TraderGeekSam: The Consumer Discretionary sector ($XLY) outperformed all major sectors this week, up 3.8%. However, this outperformance was only within the market-cap major sectors last week. On an equal-weighted basis, consumer discretionary ($RSPD) was actually the worst performer, down 1.9%. Thank you $TSLA and $AMZN

- joelsg1: $TSLA Posted about Darvis Boxes the other day and this one is building a series of 1-day Boxes from a shallow bottoming inverse H&S pattern, last 2 gaps up and now consolidating for a few hours/days ;) in perhaps the final gap up out of range $235-250. A cautious measured move from that inverse H&S to perhaps $250-265, which would be a monster move 32% above the 200d. I sold a few July $270 covered calls.
- joelsg1: $TSLA Morning roll short calls up/out with green tea, that energy deployment number yesterday was the biggest surprise and bodes well for an upside E surprise 7/23. Lots of deferred FSD and performance obligation energy revs they can recognize, already collected.
