It’s becoming obvious even to th Trump haters on the business channels that rates should have already been dropped . $LGIH trades future earnings at a pe 15-30 % below other builders . Entry level builder so they should be in th sweet spot if economy takes off and rates drop .

Ave price target on street is 94 per the article . ( STOCK STORY - I belong to their site ) next earnings report big and also guidance . They have an increase in backlog but actual homes built last report went down. Indicates they can’t find the help to produce or something else contributed.

- champ: $BLDR....HOD, this is a great company, that is making a #U-turn and with their Large stock #Buy-back program, my guess is, they have to be buying their stock at these low price levels...... ....and a director bought 500,000 shares on the open Market on May 13th, for around $55 million dollars...... ....I just added to my new Investment position. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Let’s send not money to Ukraine and everything will be better

- barbjim12: @Scott. $BLDR is one of my larger positions. Unfortunately I have held during the recent downturn and am below water now. I am inclined to hold rather than take such a loss. Any advice would be appreciated.
- scottrades: @barbjim12 $BLDR Put a hard stop at 142. You need to respect the 50 Day MA and the 200 Day MA on Long positions without a cushion. Below bad, above good. I'd consider selling at breakeven to give your mind a reset and decide if you fundamentally like the company enough to try again.
