- woodman: $NET is up a lot from the April low, and now in a somewhat broadening ascending channel. Broadening channels can suggest a potential problem as they indicate indecisiveness (higher highs and lower lows), particularly after a strong sustained move in one direction (here, it's been strongly higher). So, while there may be reason for caution, it could also mean that it's readying for another move higher. Currently, it's now back to the 50d/bottom of the channel. It could be a decent spot to buy here, so it may be worth watching. It's fairly low risk depending on what you use for your stop reference. I'd probably be inclined to use last Thursday's (8/21) intraday low for a stop reference. I have only a placeholder position right now as I hit the enter button on this post.

The stock is already up 7% today, which makes this for aggressive traders only. My suggested stop is just below today's intraday low, which caps the risk at 7%.
