- debeers: $FRPT-Is it a ginourmous amount to spend on feeding your animals? Why yes, yes it is. Finally making some money and around where i live, this is the choice . Here's the way i see it: for some of us, spending money on a loved animal is like brushing your teeth. Where i live, the sacrifices one makes for one's pets is not an issue. i am treating it as it finally makes sense to me to treat it like a staple.

- champ: @Mikev200 $FRPT....#FreshPet at $113.....I'm going to try to hold and build this stock as an Investment position...because everybody loves their pets and because of that, the premium pet food markets is starting to grow ...and their earnings are now starting to take-off, so investors are starting to move back-in. ....This looks like it could be the start of a nice zig-zag move back-up to their old highs, that they had in 2021, at around $185 or so...we will see what happens.

Yes it's a thing now to spend big $$$ on your pets, food, supplies etc. I have friends buying organic this n that for the dog so I asked oh do you guys eat organic too? ....just a chuckle. - champ: @Mikev200 $FRPT....here some interesting points on #FreshPet......they just returned to profitability for the first time since 3Q-2020....... .....the other day, they were showcasing their competitive edge, when they said that they hold 96% of the #frozen Pet-food category......however they only hold 3% of the Dog-food industry, which means... it has #tremendous-upside-potential as it works to nudge consumers away from the traditional Pet food market.

The consensus earnings estimate was $0.09 per share on revenue of $204.36 million. The Earnings Whisper number was $0.13 per share. The company beat expectations by 138.46% while revenue grew 29.90% on a year-over-year basis. The company said it expects 2024 revenue of at least $950.0 million. The current consensus revenue estimate is $944.88 million for the year ending December 31, 2024. Freshpet Inc manufactures and markets refrigerated meals and treats for dogs and cats.
