- joelsg1: @sierramp My neighbor has heated driveway with boiler underneath. Bears love it. Cost him $50k years ago but works great. Thanks, the robot in the hands of a skilled surgeon made a huge difference, plus now they have new mesh which is basically glued in place instead of the old staples which can cause great damage to what doctors call "the triangle of pain". Actually watching the robot maker $ISRG which is completing inverse H&S pattern.

- joelsg1: @Docoof $ISRG Funny you mention $ISRG. Having outpatient (hopefully) surgery next month for a snow-shoveling hernia using the Da Vinci robot made by $ISRG. Surgeon said he loves it and it is being used by more younger doctors for increasing uses. He sets the robot and then controls from across the OR. Np.
- Docoof: @joelsg1 $ISRG interesting. Thanks for sharing that. I read that one of its big uses was for surgical fat removal, which, for obvious reasons, could be dramatically less in demand. Currently np, but perhaps if it gets above 300 I’ll give it a try, because then it will have clear levels of support beneath it, namely, all three of the major MAs.

- Henry: @marklesparkle $ISRG the first report on TOS (and earningswhisper) was that they beat earnings and then they said they disappointed. There was a tornado yesterday in Rocky Mount NC that wiped out a PFE plant and supposedly 25% of US injectable drugs, including anesthetics. That could crimp elective surgery. ISRG is a long term investment for me, so I will be holding. BTW Earningswhisper "whisper number" is now behind the PayWall

With Mktsmith increasing est & revs for 2023, 2024 and current price ~same % above the 50d as last qtr, would not be out of bounds ... - champ: $ISRG...#Intuitive-Surgical is active this morning....I added a little.
