- lauralynnee: $WMS Advanced Drainage Systems Inc... Antidotal info from project manager at a large engineering firm. There is a significant shortage for precast concrete drainage pipes, for many of his large residential projects they are backordered 6-9+ months but large developers don't want to wait, time is money. Many are switching specs to start specifying using these instead. Stock is up 20% the past few days and that's after a miss reported on 11/4. NP currently... just watching.

- JackB: $WMS Ran across this chart yesterday and thought it looked worthwhile, so took a position. I now see that someone, I think it was @Pokersmith, covered it yesterday in more detail than I can. The only thing I'd add is, echoing @scottrades comments after hours, that it's not particularly extended vs. the 8/20/50/100, something that's increasingly hard to find.

Indeed, it's growth isn't the steadiest. Next E.R is Aug 4th

- DAN: Some stocks to watch for breakouts: $WMS -- flirting with $60 bucks $SNAP -- $25 ceiling. $DKNG -- Relationship with breakout fully consummated. $APPS -- This just broke out today, but I consider it untouchable because it's actually run more than 50% since Sept 4th. So it's not even an option for me. $NOMD -- Broke out last week on a strong Phase I. Phase 2 looks complete and now we're looking at a potential continuation move. I'd keep a stop below $25. (No position myself,...but watching it. 39% growth rate and a good chart gets my attention). --Dan

- stairm01: $AMWD $WMS $OC Added these stocks to my watch list a couple weeks ago when Dan mentioned the homebuilders sector was a watch. I didn't take a position as earnings were coming up today. $AMWD exceeded earnings expectations and are up 14% today. $WMS had a smaller lost than expected and is up 13%. I own $OC in this sector as it tries to move off of $64 support. Only up 1% today.
- dkoran: $WMS- bought the Sept 20 calls yesterday. Small cap pick on CNBC yesterday that had to restate some accounting .I think it was around 2-3 million bucks. Analyst derived a $40 valuation based on his work.

The first seven (and 8 if you include EOG) are related to the $N Dakota thing. I went thru $ALL the EIGHT and found the ONLY one which strikes my fancy is $EOG but the ... - jojo1480: SGMS- possible Vsqueeze, the daily/wkly chart are looking pretty good, and is supported by the secondary indicators, macd, stoch., etc. Ron Perelman, the big fish has been buying stock in the open market for several years, his most recent purchase in Dec was 4+Million shares, he serves on the Board. Mkt Cap is $950M PE 28.78 $PEG -3.07 and short position is 3.56%. Most accurate upgrades (starmine) is Market Edge on 12/23 upgraded to buy. This might be a good spec. play. Others in this space is $BYI GPIC $IGT MGAM $WMS SHFL (might be a gap play, downgrade this wk and took a dive). No position.
- dano51: BBBY- I believe they lowered guidance this morn. Heard it on #cnbc but only caught the tail endof it. $WMS probably went down in sympathy because they're in the same retail space. The $XRT was down all day. Take a look at LULU's chart, if that's not bearish reversal I don't know what is.
- danoptic: $WMS et al Good Morning. Bryan Ashenberg mentioned this stock in a favorable light several days ago on $TSC, and I started looking at it. Despite being in a down trend it is looking to me like a base is pretty much in and that it may be poised to start moving upward. Had a nice move yesterday. I also looked at some other stocks in the same sector. Many also are in a tight band config. $SGMS $BYI $IGT $MGAM $SHFL If Ashenberg's premise is correct, that the Gaming industry is on the cusp of a retool, then this could be an interesting sector to watch. Again, he liked $WMS best.

- lugnut: Well what a day.....Excellent advice Yacht....I like buying on the rumor and booking on the rumor. I was in BSC this morn. and booked. Jumped back in on the ramp and booked again...can't sleep on rumors. Still holding a basic port of core longs....CAT, $MTW, $BA PG $JNJ VLO etc. trading what mo stocks look good then getting out, like RIMM. Added $WMS today, (long common) think they may gain some market share over IGT. Now, off to the gym after a hard workout here. Hope all were GREEN...still don't trust this market...an O'Luggy rule:-)
