Didn't do either but RIMM as a short would have worked all the way to 10:55. $RATE, if you jumped the gun before 9:45 thinking it was a gap and run, you weren't a happy camper up until 10:15 then it sort of worked for a few dimes. Often the trend isn't as pronounced as it was in RIMM and then you start looking at 1 min charts and going crazy. I am still somewhat stop impaired, but you better use them on these trades from the get go. Otherwise you are rationalizing why you should give the stock another 10 cents of room on the downside, and 10 cents soon becomes a buck.
